In Charge

Kristoff's POV
Today, Elsa was leaving on her "mini vacations" and Anna and I would be in charge for a few days... I was... scared to say the least.
—Guys, I'm trusting you two, I really, really hope that you do a good job- Elsa said while taking some suitcases outside, apparently, she had decided to visit some other kingdom, still not sure what kingdom it was
—Don't worry Elsa, we will do our best to keep Arendelle safe- Anna said with an assuring look
—Thank you, Anna. I really need this, but please, don't mess anything up
—I won't, Elsa. Now go! Let your vacation begin!
And then, Elsa left. Anna and I went back in the castle and went straight into Elsa's office. She had left tons of paperwork for us to do, gotta say, I also started feeling kind of bad for never helping Elsa...

Anna's POV
We started doing some work Elsa had left for us. There was a huge pile of contracts and letters from other kingdoms, and we needed to check each one of them... and that was only for today. By the end of the day, we were exhausted, we went into the dining room and took dinner
—What's up feistypants? Not as easy as you thought, huh?- Kristoff said mockingly
—Oh shut up! You didn't think it would be this hard either
—I'm not the one who came up with this idea...
—Well, no... but, I'm glad we're helping Elsa, and that she's taking a break from all of this
—You're such a good person, you know?- Kristoff said smiling, that made me blush
—That's why I have such a good boyfriend- I said
He stood up from his chair and kissed my cheek
—Come on, it's time for bed- he said as he took my hand and we headed to my room. He was about to leave to his room, and I stopped him
—Wait... would you... stay here for the night? I mean, not like doing anything, just... lay down
—Sure- he said before coming in and closing the door behind him.
We got into bed, and I hugged him tightly, I put my legs around his waist as if he was a pillow
—I'm so tired- I yawned
—Godnight baby- he said
—Goodnight- I just finished saying that, and fell asleep.
The next day I woke up at the sound of someone knocking
—Princess Anna?- Kai asked from the hallway
—Yes?-I answered, still half asleep
—Sorry to wake you up, but you have 4 meetings today, and the first one starts in an hour
—4 meetings? Oh god! Uh... thank you Kai, I'll be at the meeting
I stood up from the bed, and so Kristoff did. He had listened to what Kai said about the meetings, and we looked at each other
—I can take care of the paperwork if you want to- Kristoff said
—You're sweet, but that's too much work for one person, I can't believe how Elsa does this!
—Yes, but you have 4 meetings!
—I'll let you help with the paperwork while I'm at the meetings, I'll do it with you when I finish, okay?
—Okay... now, I'll leave so you can change your clothes
The rest of the day went on as one of the most stressful in my whole life, I wasn't even excited about basically anything, and that was weird because I get excited for everything... but the thought of Elsa doing this by her own almost everyday, made me work harder for her, I was just wondering how she was doing...
