Kristoff's POV
It was 3:45 and I went looking for Anna. It wasn't hard to find her, I headed to her room and she was apparently heading to mine, so we bumped into each other on the way
—I was just about to go look for you- she said
—Ready for your Christmas gift?
—Readier than ever
I chuckled
—Readier? Is that even a word?- I asked raising an eyebrow
— I guess it is now- Anna smiled
—Whatever you say- I smiled- Now, follow me
I dragged her out of the castle and stopped right before entering the town
—Okay now, close your eyes, and promise me you'll keep them close until we get there
—Fine, just be more careful than I was with you when I first named you the royal ice deliverer- she giggled
—I will
We walked through the town for a while and we finally got there
—Okay, here we are... open your eyes!

Anna's POV
On the way to my "surprise", I was so excited and nervous at the same time, I mean, what could it possibly be? Well, I guess part of the nervousness was the fact that I couldn't see while I walked, I'm pretty clumsy normally, now I had to close my eyes, Kristoff guided me, but still, I got kind of scared. After a while, we finally got there
—Okay, here we are... open your eyes!
I opened my eyes to find out we were standing right in front of the orphanage
—Wha... why are we here?- I asked quietly
—Why don't we walk in?- Kristoff smiled
We entered the building and sat down on a couch
—Okay, what's going on?- I asked excitedly
—Just wait...
After a minute, Mr. Asbjorn came into the room, with Mabel in his arms. He handed her to me and left the room. Then Kristoff finally explained
—So... I think I know what you're thinking right now, and no... we're... not adopting her, but!... since the lady that was interested in adopting her finally discarded the idea, and Mabel is staying at the orphanage, I made a deal with Mr. Asbjorn, and Mabel will be able to go to the castle every Friday and Saturday, so that we can spend time with her. And even if someone adopts her, they'll have to stick to the deal... I know this isn't the same as adopting her, or seeing her everyday but...
I shushed him with a kiss
—Thank you... this means a lot to me- I said- but, what about Elsa?
—Don't worry about her, I talked to her earlier and she agreed
—You're the best boyfriend I could ever ask for- I said hugging him
—And you're the best girlfriend I could ever ask for, that's why I wanted this gift to be special
—Aw... I love you, teddy bear- I said mockingly
—Hey, don't call me that!- he said laughing
—You're so freaking cute- I said, teasing him again. He just rolled his eyes playfully
—Okay, that's enough. But I love you too feistypants
