Nalia POV:
The door opened and I saw him, Mattia Polibio.
The serial killer that had been going on the news for months, he could murder me right now and I have the guts to show up to a serial killers house? I'm pathetic
He was attractive????
Tall, masculine, dark eyes and hair, with a smirk plastered on his face.
"You made it" he smirks opening the door wider cutting my thoughts.
Extremely attractive but that's not the case.
He was shirtless.
I gained my confidence and looked up at him into his dark eyes. A fucking serial killer is who I was with in the dark all alone.
"I'm Detective Devora and I called you, there are some questions I need to ask, Mr Polibio" I say and he nods.
"We can discuss the situation out here" I say.
"I'd rather not, you may come in" he says and opens the door for me as I step in my heels clicking making it echo, this was a castle.
He closed the door and locks it. I gulped but I needed to be brave. Nothing can get to me.
He walks infront of me motioning for me to follow him. We entered what seemed as the lounge room.
"Sit, I'll be back" he says and I wait until he comes back. He put a shirt on.
He sits infront of me, leaning forward his elbows on his knees and looking directly at me.
"My first question is...Why? For what cause or benefit is murdering innocent victims doing?" I ask and he lays back on his single couch.
"Well, to start this off, I find it amusing, for my interest and well how can I phrase it" he squints his eyes looking into thin air.
".........It feeds my demons" he says and I furrow my brows. I was slightly frightened.
"Pathetic" I say and stand up.
"Killing innocent people is for your amusement?!" I was frustrated.
"They are teenagers, not some drug lords. You are a murderer, how would you feel if that happened to your family?" I continue and he stands up.
"If I had family they'd be with me" he says and walks to his kitchen grabbing a drink. Alcohol.
"Next question" he says.
"Are you familiar that you're on the news?" I say and he turns to me taking a sip of his alcohol.
"Yes, I am"
