He was right. I did fall, well almost.

"Daddddd!" I exclaim.

"I can't have you destroy my car."

"But it was all Rosalio's fault."

"You can't blame me for having good ears. That thing was damn loud."

"I'm never taking you two to school again." Dad sighs out.

I slump back into my seat in the front. I've called shotgun for a week so I'm enjoying all the time I have.
We arrive at school and Rosalio hurriedly gets out of the car to avoid getting noticed.
I also get out and I'm immediately engulfed in a hug.

"Hey Rosy." Bennie greets.

"Hi B"

"Why do you always call me B?"
I shrug.

She shakes her head.

"Come on. Let's get in."

"Same lockers as every year?"

"Never losing them." she says.

"Did you hear that The Snake and Mr. Bad boy broke up?"

"What? No."

The snake is Britney Dennison, the school's queen b.
Mr. bad boy is Levi Daniels, the school's bad boy as his name gives.

"What happened?" I ask

"Apparently bad boy refused to agree to snake's terms so they got into a fight and bad boy broke up with her."

"It was high time he did."

"I agree. Now I'm searching. You. Me. Friday night. I'll pick you up at 8." Levi says from behind me.

"She's taken." Oswald jumps in.

Oh no. Oswald has the locker to my right this term. His dad is the school biggest money supply. I wonder why he didn't let his son attend a fancy school in the country.

"Hold up guys. First off all London or whoever you are that's not how to ask a girl out and Oliver, thanks but I can defend myself."

"It's Oswald."

"Yeah, whatever."

"This isn't the end of it." Levi says. "I'm gonna get you one way or the other. I always get what I want."

"Yeah yeah. Whatever". I say and turn back to my locker. Some guys are just soo arrrgh.

"Where'd you get all that confidence from?" Bennie asks

"I have no idea."

"You're weird."

"I know."

"I have English." Bennie says

"I have Chemistry."

"Ugh. See you at lunch then." she says.

"Okay. Bye." I say and she leaves.

I also start to walk in the opposite direction but slip. Oh no. I get myself ready for the feel of my face on the cold floor but it didn't happen.
I open my eyes and feel huge arms around me

"Umm. Thanks."

"Watch yourself next time." Oswald says and leaves for class.

"Told you you were gonna slip."
He just had to see that.

"No. You said I was gonna fall. Technically, I didn't fall so you were wrong."

"Whatever."

"I'm off to class." I say.

"What do you have?" Rosalio asks.

"Chemistry. You?"

"Same."

"Let's go then." I say and we head off to class.
