Lets get the hell outa here

I wanna go home

Rick opened the front door quietly it was still early and he didn't think anyone would be up. Turning he faced the couch catching Alexis' eye.
"Hey pumpkin."
"Hey, what are you doing home?" She asked getting up to hug him.
"I got an earlier flight, I got in about a half hour ago." He replied looking at the little boy. "There's my man." Castle smiled bending down to pick up the 10 month old. "Where's mommy?" He asked resting the little boy on his hip.
"She's taking a shower I think, she asked me to watch him." Alexis said.
"Why don't you go get him ready and we'll go out to breakfast." Rick suggested handing Carson to Alexis.
He walked into the bedroom and took a seat on the bed. It didn't take long before Kate walked out stopping in her tracks when she saw him. She smiled walking over she straddled him putting her arms around his neck.
"I wasn't expecting you till tomorrow." She said kissing him.
"I missed you, I wanted to come home" He said placing kisses along her neck.
"I missed you too" Kate said, he had been gone for two weeks.
"Hows the little one?" He asked laying his hand on her stomach.
"Good, but I kinda wanted to talk to you about that." Kate said biting her lip.
"What's up?" He asked looking at her.
"Well, we're going to have our hands full with this one." She paused he only looked at her. "It's twins." She said smiling.
"How did, seriously?" She laughed.
"Yeah, no one else knows."
"When did you find out?" He asked looking down at her stomach.
"Just a few days ago, I had to go in and they did an ultrasound."
"We'll figure this out, we're raising an amazing kid so far." She smiled.
"Good"
"Now get dressed I'm taking you guys out for breakfast."
"Good seeing as now I'm eating for three" Kate frowned.
"And I love you for it." He laughed as she went to get dressed. He sighed laying back onto the bed glad to be home.
