Idron - Many years ago
Little Luke gently tiptoed through the giant stoned house. He still wore his pj's and he clung onto his teddy bear with fear. Luke was 7 and his black short hair was fluffed out everywhere.
Young Luke looked around anxiously, he had just woken up from a nightmare and it seemed the house wanted to play tricks with him. Underneath his feet, the floorboards creaked and echoed through the house.
Down the long hallway, portraits were hung of small tables with vases or small artifacts painted in abstract styles that he didn't understand, the random brush strokes confused him. The house was old and creepy and had shadows lurking in every corner.
The hallway luke was walking down led right to the study where the light peaked out from under the door. He gently placed his hand on the cold doorknob and turned it opening the door carefully.
Moans could be heard as well as seductive whispering. "Dad?" Luke spoke out quietly as he peeked his head through the door. "GET OUT!" The sound of stuff falling over and being broken thrashed through the air.
Heat rose up and Luke took a quick glance at his dad and a random lady standing in the corner covering her naked self. Luke's dad roared loudly and flung him out of the room slamming the door.
Red flames could be seen from under the door and Luke realized his dad had transformed. He ran back to his room frightened for his life. Making sure he locked his door he dove under his skull printed mattress trembling with fear.
Luke woke up drenched in his own sweat. He was breathing heavy like he had run a crazy marathon. Quickly he switched on the light and looked around his room. 'It was a memory that's all. Just a memory' he kept reassuring himself.

"But you gotta keep your head up OOOHHHH!" Saira sang out of tune whilst she turned the steering wheel left. "And you can let your hair down EHH!" Eveline screamed out from the backseat. Isabel let out a booming laugh. "Girls NEVER sing outside this car please," The three girls were going out for ice-cream for a chance to get out the house.
It had been a few days since Eveline moved in and she had connected with everyone really well. Isabel seemed ok but rarely interacted with just Eveline, it was always with the group. She didn't mind though as long as they weren't enemies it would be friendship in Eveline's mind.
The girls pulled up at the ice-cream store and went up to the counter. "One mint chocolate chip please," Saira said without even glancing at the menu. She had been here a lot. "Cookies and cream," Isabel spoke checking her nails.
From observing Isabel the past few days she really thought she was above everyone else, and boy did she know she had good looks, she was never afraid to use them to get what she wanted.
"Uhh, I'll have the cookie dough please," Eveline smiled gently at the lady serving them. "Ok coming right up!" The ice cream store followed simple colours: Purple, blue and pink. It had the occasional white touches that complimented the store and made it very homey.
"Just a second girls, gotta use the potty," Saira said as she quickly dashed over to the door. Eveline giggled at her action. She looked over at Isabel who was giving her a death glare.
"So you and Luke huh?" She folded her arms and rested back against her chair. "Uh, yeah," Eveline didn't really understand the point of this conversation, so she looked down at the table and fiddled with her hands.
