The Dimension

[ Chapter 2 ]

         "Huh? Where are you? Where am I? Who am I? Aquamarina? Huh? Hello? What happened? Do I exist?" Esmerelda stood up and looked around. Where was she? She saw glimmering golden land and beautiful crystal-clear waves which splashed against the sand. A beach! But why, and how did she get here? She didn't see Aquamarina anywhere. She must have already woken up and left. But if she did, why didn't she wake Esmerelda up? This was truly getting mysterious. The most she could do is explore this place. If she wanted to get home, she should try to FIND a way home, right? Esmerelda decided she would explore the beach, and that's what she did.

       Esmerelda stepped more into the sand and stared up into the clear, cloudless sky. How was she gonna get off this island place? Suddenly a little creature appeared. 

       " Hello." said the creature. 

       " AHHHHHHHH!!!" Esmerelda got ready to run but thought about it some more. Maybe that creature could help her get off the island! " Hello, creature," said Esmerelda " Do you happen to know the way of this island?" While saying this, she had a better look at the creature. It has pointy ears and curly hair and a mischievous smile on his face. He had green skin and a funny looking purple tunic and matching pants. His shoes were purple too, with little golden bells hanging off them. The creature seemed very strange. 

        " Ah yes, a fellow homo-sapien. And indeed, I do know the way out of this beautiful, exquisite island you are standing on at the moment. And if you do not know the dimension you are at, then I will-? Esmerelda grabbed him by the shoulders and shook him. 

       "I'm in a dimension? What dimension? Esmerelda said frantically. The creature cleared his throat. 

       " If you had not so rudely interrupted me, I would have said that the dimension you are in is the Astral Dimension, one of the Seven Wonders of the parallel universe." And that is the last thing Esmerelda remembered before she blacked out.
