"I'm soo bored! What is there to do in this place anyway!" Esmerelda gazed at the sun, in her back garden. Everything was boring. The boring green grass with boring green glades and boring purple petunias and boring red roses and boring sunny sunflowers...well you get the idea. Esmerelda slowly got up and was so bored she could eat her mom's award-winning violets just for entertainment. But of course, she would get in huge trouble for that. Plus, she kinda liked those violets anyway.

Esmerelda just sat there in complete boredness until an idea struck her like lightning. She could ask her friend Aquamarina over! I mean, her house wasn't much more fun anyway, so why not? She rushed into the house and called her.

"Hey, Aqua!" rushed Esmerelda "Could you come over and hang out, please? I'm literally so bored I have nothing to do!!" Aqua shook her head in surprise.

" Woahhhh wait, Esme, please slow down. I didn't hear a single word of what you just said.

"Well to sum it up, I want you to come over here!" said Esmerelda very matter-of-factly.

" Oh alrighty, ill be right over to your house," said Aquamarina.

Esmerelda happily jumped outta the living room, scaring the bluebirds that were outside. "Whoops, sorry bluebirds!!" She jumped around some more then stopped in her tracks. " Wait... just because she is here doesn't mean I will have any ideas of what to do!!" Esmerelda plopped on her patched, old, antique armchair. "Well, maybe she will have an idea of what to do."

"Hi, Esme." Aquamarina walked into the house. Esmerelda sat on the armchair, gazing at the window.

"Oh hi," replied Esmerelda. "What do you want to do?" Aquamarina scratched her head, thinking. "Mmm.. we could explore the back garden!" Esmerelda shrugged "Eh, why not."

As soon as they stepped out the back door they saw a strange vortex waiting for them outside. And before you can say "Intergalactic dimension!" they were sucked in this strange, unknown world.
