"b..but she forbid dark magic!" Moblit exclaimed as he stood there in shock.

"well what the hell was I supposed to do? sit around and watch her mope? hell no. her powers were going to drain if she keeps doing that" Levi glared and started getting irritated

"what? are you really trying to blame it on her?" Moblit said in a rude tone. "If it wasn't for you, she wouldn't be scared everytime Stella's name is mentioned. if it wasn't for you, black magic wouldn't have been forbidden"

Levi turned his head towards Moblit and his voice grew angrier.

"what the hell did you just say to me?"

"you heard me, and you know I'm right. if you had just killed off Stella—" Moblit was immediately cut off because Levi punched him the face.

"get the hell out of my room" he muttered and Moblit did as he said. Levi took a seat next to the bed and thought about what Moblit said. He didn't want to admit it, but Moblit was right. If he had just did what he was supposed to do, Hanji wouldn't be like this at all.

He ran his fingers through his hair, not knowing what to do. He was introducing Petra to everyone tomorrow, but he couldn't do that if Hanji didn't know who she actually was.

"she'll kill her without even thinking..." Levi thought to himself, then immediately left the room. That was a problem for tomorrow him to figure out, but right now he had to tell the whole group what's going to happen.

the next day
9:30 a.m.

"Hanji should be waking up right about now. I don't know if you want to stay with her or come out to the yard to greet her. I already told the group about her, but they won't meet her until later today. I don't care what you choose" Levi said to Moblit, who had a black eye from yesterday.

"yea whatever" Moblit mumbled and took a seat next to Hanji. Instead of reacting, Levi just rolled his eyes and left.

"tsk. he's lucky he's Hanji's assistant"

3rd Person POV
A few minutes later

Hanji opened her eyes slowly with her body feeling weak all over.

"what... happened.." She thought and adjusted her eyes. "oh.. I'm in my room.. but where's Levi?" She gently sat up and rubbed her eyes, then seen Moblit sitting on the other side of the room reading a book.

"Oh!" He exclaimed and quickly jumped to Hanji's aide. "Squad Leader! Are you alright?"

"yea, yea I'm fine.. what happened?" She asked softly, but Moblit put his head down

"I think you know what happened, Squad Leader"

Hanji thought for a second, until it hit her. "I'm weak all over.. I have a bad headache and Levi isn't here with me" She put her head down in disappointment.

"He used black magic, didn't he?" She whispered, but Moblit didn't say anything.

"I told him not to, Boss. I know how you forbid it, so him breaking the rules are unacceptable! I think-" He was immediately interrupted as Hanji put her hand up as a sign for him to stop.

"It's fine. He did it for a good thing"
Moblit's eyes widened

"What? But.. it's forbidden? Shouldn't the rules be applied to everyone?" He was in total shock of what the brunette said.

"Drop it, Moblit. I already said it's fine. Yes, it's unacceptable but I really need him right now. Where is he?"

"Don't you know? That girl is coming over. He put you into a sleep all day yesterday. Matter of fact, she should be arriving right now"

"oh. right. Petra. I should be there to greet her, I guess." She tried her best to get out of bed, but her body felt drained.

"Boss, you really should stay in bed!" Moblit exclaimed and grabbed onto her.

"I'm fine, Moblit! Now help me get out of here so I can go—" Suddenly, Hanji felt a heat wave wash over her. She was sensing something she hadn't sensed in a long time; and it exasperated her. That anger quickly awoken her powers, as the adrenaline shot through her body.

"She's here" Hanji growled and her eyes immediately glowed red. In a flash, she teleported out of there and into the yard; where Levi was awaiting the new guest.

Hanji teleported to the front yard, and felt the sense grow stronger. She spotted Petra and immediately jumped towards her, going for her throat; But, she was quickly tackled and pinned down to the ground; which only made her powers grow angrier.

"Let me go!" She growled and seen who was pinning her down.

"tch. Calm the hell down, four-eyes! Now!" Levi yelled and held her arms down.

"Stella... Stella is here. And I won't hesitate this time to kill her this time" she remarked.

"No, you idiot! It's her granddaughter. Petra is Stella's granddaughter!" He scowled at the brunette as her red eyes slowly died out.

"You— what?" Hanji quickly calmed down, as she felt weaker than she did earlier.

"Petra is Stella's granddaughter.. but I promise you she isn't a bad person. I've known her for a while, and I trust her. She's what we need for the team, and I know she wouldn't do anything bad"

Hanji stared at him in disbelief and pushed him off her, then scoffed. She looked at Petra and felt the anger shoot up, but tried her hardest to keep it contained.

"H..hi! I'm Petra.. I guess I'm not so good at first impressions.." she smiled sweetly, which only caused Hanji to roll her eyes.

"I can't believe you." She thought and let it transfer to Levi. Before he could say anything, she teleported out of there and wouldn't allow him to send her messages.

"I don't think she likes me" Petra laughed softly and took Levi's hand.

"it's fine, I'll talk to her about it. Let's have you meet everyone else"

okay but , this chapter literally sucks but whatever ,, I'll editing this whole book if I ever want to put more effort into it but since you guys wanted another part here you go ! I am still working on this book , it'll just take longer depending if you guys actually like it. but , my winter break literally starts on Friday so maybe I can update then :)

my finals are tomorrow & on Friday so I wanna die but wish me luck !!!
