Chapter 13

I have to tell Terius that our plan will be cancelled because Danté is coming next week and he is coming to save me. Paisley thinks to herself as she is about to go down for breakfast.

She opens the door and sees a guard outside her door and she greets him. He nods in response and guides her downstairs.

They reach the dining room and he pulls out the seat for her and she sits down. She looks at the table and it's a feast: flap jacks,bacon,eggs,oatmeal, waffles,fruit salad and all types of beverages.

She licks her lips as her stomach growls indicating that she is hungry. She waits for the rest of the family to come. Terius arrives first and then moments later he comes into the room.

She almost loses her appetite. Almost. They all dig in and she puts some flapjacks and some bacon on her plate. She drizzles syrup. She eats and then moment the food enters her mouth. Her taste buds go wild.

She moans unintentionally. She feels eyes on her and looks at Terius but he is too focused on his own plate to even pay attention to her. She looks over at Trenton. His eyes full of lust. "What are you looking at?" She asks him after swallowing a mouthful of bacon and flap jack.

He shakes his head as if he was in a trance and goes back to eating. Terius finishes first and excuses himself from the table and Paisley is left alone with him. She finishes not long after and sits there with a full belly.

She looks over him and he is still eating. How much can this guy eat? She wonders to herself. After about ten minutes he finishes. He burps and she laughs.

He looks at her and she is laughing. He hasn't heard such a sweet sound in long time. She continues until tears come out and she stops,wiping them away.

It takes a few minutes to catch her breathe. After that he gets up and walks away to his office. The rest of the day goes by quickly and it's dinner. She notices that Terius is not here. "Where is Terius?" She asks him.

He shrugs off her question and starts to eat. She ignores him and proceeds to eat. She finishes her food before him. Like always. She looks at him and he looks up at her and says, "You know it's rude to stare,right?"

"Well you should know that." She retorts. He smiles and she rolls her eyes, pushing her chair back and going up to her room. She enters and closes the door. She hears footsteps and turns around and says,"Trenton just g-!"

She starts but stops when she realises that it's actually Terius. "Oh. Terius. I thought you were-." "You thought I was Trenton. If you didn't know I get that a lot." He cuts her off. She smiles and ushers him into the room.

He closes the door behind him and goes and sits next to her. "So about our plan we have to cancel it." "What? Why?" "Well Trenton told me that Danté is coming over next week." "Ok. So what does that mean?"

"It means that I'm going home." She says. He nods and smiles weakly. "Are you ok?" He nods but she isn't convinced. "You know that you can tell me anything. Right?"

He nods and sighs and says, "Me and Mario are fighting." "I'm sorry. What happened?" "My brother happened." "What did he do?" "He told Mario that I cheated on him." "Well did you?" His eyes widen,shocked that she could even think that.

"No! Of course not. Never." She nods and says, "I'm sorry." "He showed Mario a Photoshopped picture of me and some guy kissing." "And Mario fell for it?" He nods in agreement.

She sighs and says,"I'm going to talk to him." "No! Please don't go to him. He'll know that I told you and he will hurt Mario." He begs her. She shakes her head no and rushes over to Trenton's office.
