Gina POV
I was walking to the bar when I saw my mum? What? How I thought.....how? But I'm an orphan.
" Hey! " I called out. This couldn't be real.
" Oh hey Gina...have u seen your friend today she is doing better than before." She rushed into these details.
Wait! She knows me?
" You know me? " I asked confused.
" Yeah you one of my daughter's friend isn't it? " she asked looking surprised at my question.
Oh yeah. Gemma must have seen her. She doesn't remember me? Wait what friend? I'm sure by now tears are gathering in my eyes. Ten good years mum...you didn't even check if your daughter was alive am I not important anymore. Ten fucking years mum!!!!
* Are you OK dear? " she asked. " You crying. "
" I'm... I'm fine. " I said cleaning my face. .
" You sure? " this time she was touching my cheeks with both her hands.
Oh this is how a mother's touch feels. Wow so warm.
" Yes. Just remembered how it felt like to have a mum." I answered
" You..don't have a mum. "She asked. Removing her hands from my cheeks. Oh that feelings gone.
" Maybe. I was raised in the orphanage home. I don't know if I have one anymore. " I had to admit it seems like she's forgotten me.
" Well dear I'm sorry... I'm here if you need me. " she said.
Silence
" I better get going. " she said.
" Can I?....can I know your address... That's if you'd allow me to visit. " I asked.
She chuckled.
" But sweetie you already know my house.. You visit me like every time." She says.
Oh right Gemma must know where she lives.
" Oh...right..sorry. " I said. " I'll come visit soon...mum. " I completed.
She stopped walking away and then she turned and ran towards me.
" Oh dear. " she touched my cheek and then next came a hug.
" You can always call me that. I'm right here for you. " she says. Leaving me frozen.
I had no patience I wanted my shift to end quickly. I need to find out how Gemma knows this lady. I need to meet my mum after so many freaky years.
I wonder how dad's doing. I miss him too.
As soon as my shift ended I could wait to get home.
" Gemma?!" I called out as soon as I walked into my house.
" Yeah? " she asked me looking surprised.
" You would never believe who I saw today. " I squeaked in excitement.
Gemma POV
I had literally nothing to do in this stupid house. And then I slept at least that's what I thought when I closed my eyes seeing complete darkness before I saw DeLeon again.
" Would you leave me please we've got nothing together." I shouted trying yo loose my grip from him.
