Tears streaming down my face as I look at Draco groaning in pain. It pains me to watch him like this, he's been through so much. Then, Snape enters the bathroom hurriedly and kneel beside Draco's right side. He murmurs something under his breath and cured the sectumsempra curse on Draco's bloody body slowly.
Soon after, we brought Draco to the hospital wing and let Madame Pomfrey treat him. Unfortunately, Madame Pomfrey didn't let me near Draco, she said he needed some rest.
I sigh as I walk out of the hospital wing. Harry then walk beside me, I instantly turn to him, gripping his shirt with my two hands,
"What the hell did you do to him?!" I yell as I relive the sight of Draco laying there bloody on the ground. Harry seems taken aback by my action,
"I just.. I-"
"What?" I glare at him.
"I'm sorry (y/n). I thought that Draco hexxed her. When I confronted him, he was about to attack me so I made the first move before him..." he was talking about the victim. I let go of Harry's shirt slowly. I can't really blame him, what if Draco really did it? If he did, then he must've a good reason for it right?
*third person's pov*
Draco's hand twitched making (y/n) woke up beside him. She looked up hoping that he was awake. Draco frowned as he tried to move on the bed. Madame Pomfrey soon came to his aid and explained everything that had happened.
"Well actually, I feel fine now so I must get going" he gave her a tight smile and got up and went out of the hospital wing. (y/n) went to catch up to Draco.
'Why is he in a hurry'? she thought.
"Draco!" she called out to him, "Draco please!" she pleaded when she finally caught up to him. Draco turned around and glared at her, this made her to let go of him, feeling guilty all of a sudden.
"I saw it, on the papers..." Draco soften up and looked at the ground, feeling guilty too at how he treated her just now. She was just trying to comfort him.
He needed it. He needed her comfort but he can't have it, he must complete his mission.
"I'm sorry for your father... But I can't talk right now" she held her tears and nodded. She needed his comfort as much as he needed her comfort. They both felt miserable in this case.
Draco went passed her and left her alone. He didn't want to but he had to. He needed to finish this mission and then maybe.. Maybe he can tell her after.

Maybe for the first time she needed this winter break. She felt really broken at Hogwarts after what happened to her and Draco.
As she walked out of the train, no one was waiting for her, not even her mother.. Now she felt more alone.
When she arrived at her house, there was many eggs splattered on the windows. She sighed and knocked on the front door. Soon her mother opened the door with a glare. (y/n) then started to examined her mother's feature. She had swollen dark eye bags under her eyes and dried tears that was noticeable on her cheeks. (y/n) dropped her luggages and hugged her mother.
"I miss you" she breathed out. She needed some love right now. Unfortunately, her mother was still keeping her pride and pushed her away. (y/n) did expect this but she still felt disappointed.
"Pick up your luggages and go to your room" she spoke sternly. (y/n) obeyed her mother and picked up her luggages.
Damn it (y/n), stop crying already!
She wiped her tears and went inside, closing the door slowly.

"Ughhh"
(y/n) groaned deciding that she couldn't sleep. Maybe she'll get tired if she just waste time downstairs staring at the fire in the living room. Perhaps read a book.
She sat on one of the leather couches in the living room with a book. She immediately relaxed as she sat on the cushion. Maybe it's more better than her bed. Before she read, she spent more time looking at the fire, mind elsewhere.
"What are you doing up?" her mother's stern voice made (y/n) pulled out from her mind. She jerked up, shocked to see her mother was still awake.
"I can't sleep..." normally, her mother would tell her to go up to her room immediately but this time she just sit across her daughter's couch. (y/n) was confused but sensed that her mother wanted to talk so she sat back down on the couch.
The silence was awkward since her mother never tried to talk to her at late night. Her mother then decided to break the silence,
"You're the one that should've taken the mission not him" she almost started cursing in front of her daughter but she held it in.
(y/n) was more confused, "What mission? And who do you mean?" her mother breathed in and out before she started to talk again,
"You better shut your mouth about this... When Lucius and your father were sent to azkaban, I was devastated. Our family name were such a disgrace"
'Yeah, no shit.' (y/n) thought
"Then he offered us a mission so that we can redeem our name once again, but that boy - Draco - volunteered to take it instead of you! I-it should've been you! Not him!"
(y/n)'s stomach churned as the thought of Voldemort tried to give her a mission.
"What was the mission?" she asked, (y/n) tone was demanding which made her mother confused. When did she ever wanted to know anything about death eater's business?
"The mission was... To kill Dumbledore" (y/n) gasped loudly and covered her mouth after.
'What am I even hearing? Why did Voldemort wanted me to kill Dumbledore in the first place? Wait, why did Draco volunteered instead?' she thought.
The mother still stay seated on the couch trying to think of a way to get (y/n) to do the mission instead of Draco doing it.
Little did they know that Voldemort was trying to punish them.
