For the first time, (y/n) dreaded to go back to Hogwarts for she will see him more often.

She get off her bed after minutes of staring at the ceiling wishing she doesn't have to go back, but she have to anyway. (y/n) walk to her drawer and pack her clothes into her luggages. She didn't notice she is crying until a drop of tear fall on top of her left hand. That's when she break down... Again.

***

(y/n) was glad when Hermione ran to her to catch up in the station. At least she didn't feel alone with Hermione with her.

Hermione scrunch her eyebrows, confused,

"Why are your eyes so red?" (y/n) widen her eyes. She didn't cry that much now did she?

"Oh, it's nothing. It's just dust that got into my eyes" (y/n) chuckles, but Hermione didn't buy it when she notice that her nose was red too.

"(y/n)... I'm your friend, you can talk me..." upon hearing the offer, (y/n) didn't think twice about hugging Hermione. She break down into tears but manage to keep a low profile in the public, she didn't want to attract to much attention.

"Let's go inside and then we'll talk" Hermione then bring her to an empty compartment in the train and ask once again,

"So, what happened?" (y/n) gain control of herself and start to tell her everything that has happened except about Draco being death eater and the mission. They both didn't know Ron and Harry was eavesdropping their conversation until Ron couldn't take it anymore and burst out in anger,

"That freaking git should know better than to do this to you!" (y/n) flinch when Ron suddenly came into the compartment, but relaxes when Harry came in too. They both smile to each other while Hermione smack Ron in the head.

Harry was concerned about (y/n) so he sat next to her and hug her gently. People would've thought she would move on to Harry but all she could think of was wishing Draco was the one hugging her right now, telling her he won't do a horrible thing. She tried to smile again but all that came out was tears. It seems that she couldn't control her tears, she was too broken to even control it.

Once again, she was in pain because of him

*(y/n)'s pov*

I thought everyone in Hogwarts would let my father's incident slide but life wouldn't make it easier for me. Everyone in the school - mostly the Slytherins a.k.a death eater's supporter - start to bully me. Saying that I was a disgrace and a disappointment like I hadn't had enough of that back in my home.

Well, as always I did my best to try and stay strong especially when I meet his gaze. No one dared to bully him since literally everyone was afraid of him. Everytime his cold eyes met mine, my whole body was itching to run up to him and hug him. It was painful to hold.

However, Hermione and the others didn't let me feel alone all the time especially Harry.

"Hey blood traitor! Where do you think you're going?" I was pulled out from my thoughts when I heard a female voice calling me from behind. I turn around and see Draco and a girl walking towards me.

Oh yeah, her.

I roll my eyes and was about to turn around again when she pull my hood back.

"Where are you running off to? Don't you miss me?" haha funny, good one Pansy. I am so tired to be her 'entertainer' for the past few weeks.

"What do you want, Pansy?" I hiss at her. She frowned and push me to the nearest wall. I groan as my head hit the wall.

Hey that hurts you crazy bitch!

My eyes were getting blurry so I close my eyes to regain my vision until someone slap my cheek. I hiss at the stinging sensation on my left cheek as I touch it.

Okay, that's it!

Instead of waiting Draco to calm Pansy down like he did on any other week, I punch her right at her nose as hard as I can.

"That's for slapping and bullying me bitch"

And for hanging out with Draco.

Both of them were taken aback by my action. Draco try to help her up, concern written in his eyes. I scoff and grip his collar before he can help her up.

"Seriously? Her? Over me?" I smirk sarcastically and push him back. He stumble back, suprised that I have the nerve again to talk directly at his face. I pick up my books from the ground and walk to my next class.

When there are words that the headmaster was out finding someone or something, Hogwarts was in chaos. The new defense against dark arts professor was literally ruling the school well of course, she is the new headmistress of Hogwarts after all. No one knows how she managed to be one.

She started to give us illogical detention. First 50 standards, and now when I was a few seconds late to enter class, I got 100 standards. No one dared to break the rules with her in the school, she was too strict and too creepy to fight back.

As if the illogical detentions were not enough, she even formed a squad of students to enforce her rules and by students, I mean it includes Draco as the member.

All of the students - including me - were so silent that you can hear the echo of professor's Umbridge footsteps walking aisle by aisle in the Great Hall. We weren't allowed to talk in and out of class.

This is ridiculous!

Hermione then make an eye contact with me from her house table as she eat slowly. I smile to her and she return it but her smile was really not that confident. Maybe it's because of the professor?

I walk out of the Great Hall and soon got drag by Hermione. I gasp but not loud enough to attract the Inquisitorial Squad or the headmistress. I follow her since her face was show the sign that this matter was urgent.

We were alone as we turn to this corridor. I made a confused face to her and stop,

"What do you think you're doing? We've got to go to our own dormitory. I'm not going to detention for going out after curfew, I've had enough"

Suddenly, she stop and stare at me. It was quite long if I say so myself. She sigh and apologize when she notice that I wasn't nervous by her stare.

"(y/n), can I trust you?"

Now I'm even more confused, what's with the serious face and question. I chuckle and replied,

"Of course you can, I'm your friend" she nodded and take a deep breath before dragging me even further through the corridor. Then, she stop and look at one of the walls until a huge door appeared right in front of us. Hermione look at me and smile,

"Come, I want to show you something" I follow her to the room and sit beside her on one of the chairs that's close to many of the junks in the room.

"What are we doing in the Room of Requirement?"

"We're waiting for the others..." Hermione start to tap her right foot on the ground rapidly making me annoyed and nervous.

"Who? Why?" she sigh and look at me once more,

"(y/n), promise me not to tell anyone about this"

Okay, what the hell. This sounds like a huge secret that's going to bother me.

But eventually, I nodded in response.

"Every Thursday, Harry, me, Ron and other students come here to practice real Defense Against Dark Arts. We call ourselves Dumbledore's Army. We believe Voldemort is back and we're getting ready to fight. This is a secret and I told you because I trust you"

I smile at her sincerely. I was happy that they really are brave to try and fight back Voldemort even though all the scary things they heard.

"And I want you to join... Will you?"

This time I smirk and nod. Just in time, the other students came in the room of requirement. There are others that I never met so they introduced themselves to me and soon we started to practice a real defenses against dark arts.
