The sound of a heart monitor filled my ears, my eyes open and close as I slowly began to gain consciousness.  When I realized where I was, I instantly jumped out of my skin and looked around, trying to remember what got me here in the first place.

"Ms. Grant?" A man with a long white jacket asked as he entered the hospital room. "How are you feeling?" He asked.

"I-I have a little headache, but I can handle it. I guess?" I responded more like a question. "Good, you'll be leaving in a couple of minutes-"

"Wait." I interrupted him. "Who bought me here?" I looked around the room, none of the gang members were here.

"A young man, I didn't get his name yet but I guess he said he was your boyfriend. He'll be the one taking you home." The doctor flipped the page on his clipboard writing something.

I furrowed my eyebrows but just shrugged it off. It could be Connor or something. A nurse came into the room and started unplugging and taking off the wires that were stuck to me.

"Your boyfriend told me he'll be waiting for you in the parking lot." The nurse stated. "W-well um, what is he wearing?" I stammered.

"He's wearing a yellow sweatshirt and an olive green jacket over it with a beanie," she shrugged. I nodded my head as she took the last wire off my chest. She handed me my clothes and I walked to the bathroom to change out of the hospital gown.

-
"Goodbye Ms. Grant!" The lady at the reception said as I walked out. I've been here multiple times cause I've been injured from the missions, but in this hospital they think my injuries are from playing soccer.

If I got shot, we would deal with it at home or another hospital, Noah has been trained by my father, and so he taught us.

I looked around the parking lot for a man with a yellow sweatshirt and an olive green jacket. I looked around and spotted a man leaning on a black BMW, he was exactly how the nurse described.

"Hey!" I yelled and he looked at me almost instantly. It was dark, so I couldn't really see his face. He walked closer to me, I could only feel him smirking.

My eyes widened when the light of the hospital reflected on his face. "Well hello there, how are you feeling?" He asked. "Wait, are you the one who stole my rings but-"

"Yes I am." He chuckled and I shook my head. "What's your name?" He asked. "My name is-" I stopped.

"Faith. My name is Faith. What's yours?" I cheekily smiled.

He laughed at me then said, "My name's bailey." He looked at his fingers then back at me.

"You're lying." I crossed my arms over my chest. "You are too." He came closer to me. "Why would you think that?" I scoffed.

"You didn't maintain eye contact and you were trying to stay still." He put his hands in his pockets.

"Just say your real name," I rolled my eyes. "Grayson. Grayson Dolan." He took his hand out for me to shake.

"I'm R-"

"Rosé Grant. I know," he winked. I furrowed my eyebrows. "H-how did you know?" I was bewildered.

"Oh sweetheart... I know a lot of things." He pushed a strand of hair behind my ear.

I shook my head and said, "Thank you for getting me here, I owe you." I started walking away but he tugged on my arm. "What?" I sighed.

"You do owe me."

"No I don't!"

"You just said that you do," he protested.

"It's a metaphor, did you not go to school?!"

"I saved your life!" He clenched his jaw. I looked at him in the eye then gave up.

"What do you want me to do?" I rubbed my eye.

"I want you to join my mafia." He took my hand and we walked towards his car. "W-What?! That's dangerous-"

"You literally own a mafia of your own.I gave up, he probably already knows everything.

"What do you want," I looked at him in the eye.

"You and your mafia joined with mine could make one of the strongest. Come on, don't you want that?" He begged.

"But it also might be dangerous" I scoffed and he rolled his eyes.

After a while, I rubbed my chin and said, "what's your Mafia's name?"

"It's called Melrose."
