"Dad?" I cried as his blood was all over my hands. "No!" I held his bleeding chest.

I'm gonna come for them, and they'll be sorry. "Hey, it's the girl!" The same heavy accented voice said, pointing a gun at me.

"Say goodbye little girl," he laughed evilly as his hand was on the trigger. His hand finally pulled the trigger and-

"Stop!" I sat up on my bed. I cried hysterically, but covered my mouth and nose trying not to make a sound not to wake Grayson up. Thank god he's a heavy sleeper, or else he would've heard me screaming.

I walked to the bathroom, still trying to control my sobs.

Look what you've become to Rosé. You're a mess! You really think anyone is going to love you after not being able to stay by your dad's side as he got killed? You could've been the one shot if you were there to protect him, but no. You were selfish enough to go to your room and hide.

I washed my face after calming down a little. I checked the time, almost 6 a.m.

I got ready for the day knowing I probably won't get any sleep with the train of negative thoughts.

"Alright man, I'm going to get it for you," I sighed as Carter, our boss, shouted through the phone.

"Yeah, don't be late and drop it off by 10 p.m sharp, and don't talk to me like that you dirty little brat! Bye." He hung up.

All the gang is tired of him. He probably has 19 girlfriends, all of them know about each other.

I got off the bed and started walking down the stairs to make breakfast.

"Rosé?" I raised an eyebrow, seeing her play with the cereal in her small bowl with her spoon.

"Yeah hi," she said sadly, her eyes still glued to the food.

"What's wrong," I walked to the fridge to take out some almond milk.

"I-"

"It's about Grayson isn't it," I said making her eyes widen.

"Grayson-"

"Let's just face it, you guys like each other," I took a gulp from a bottle of water I was holding.

She looked down at her hands sadly. "Well, he likes me in my dreams you know," She sighed.

"Nah, the way you guys look at each other? That explains otherwise," I chuckled.

"I told him I like him by accident a couple of hours ago," she rubbed her eyes.

"You did?" I asked confused. She nodded and started explaining her encounter with Grayson a while ago.

"Damn... that shit hurt," I shook my head biting my cheek.

"Tell me about it," she laughed.

"It's okay, I'll get over him someday," she stood up and took her plate to the sink to wash it.

"I actually think he likes you Rosé. Maybe it was too much for him that time so he thought you meant it as a friend," I shrugged.

"I doubt it E."

"Okay I gotta leave now," Rosé walked to the door, putting her shoes on.

"Where you going?" I asked yawning. "Just somewhere. I'm kinda going for a walk," she closed the door not letting me say another word to her.

"Maybe talking about it wasn't so bad," I mumbled to myself. The little talk I had with Ethan made me feel better. I'm guessing if I ever feel sad about something, I can just go talk to him... maybe.

I walked on the sidewalk as the sun was started to rise, giving off a beautiful color and glow to the sky.

A coffee shop was stood in front of me, so I decided to go inside and rest for a bit until the weather warms up a bit.

My feet led me to the door of the vintage coffee shop and I opened the door, maybe a bell ring signifying someone has entered.

I look at the clock they had on the wall. It was almost 11 p.m. Just two more hours until the weather gets a little better.

I sat down on one of the chairs and started looking through the menu. Yes, I just ate breakfast, but will I eat again? Yes.

I put the menu down after making a decision. The waiter came over to me and took my order. "You know you've been the only customer we had in a while," the old women chuckled, taking my menu from the table.

"I don't see why people don't come here. It's a beautiful place and I bet it has great food you know," I laughed. We talked for a little while longer before she left with my order.

"Shit. My phone," I groaned realizing I forgot my phone in the kitchen back home. Who the hell forgets their phone? You're so dumb Rosé.

My eyes travelled to the wall stood in front of me, newspapers scattered in different boxes hanging on the wall, so I just decided to take one, not that I like newspapers or anything, just bored.

I looked all over the magazine. News about the president, the queen and her grandson, and the rest about politics. Nothing really seemed interesting.

My hands started folding the paper again before I froze, seeing a name written in a big bold text.

My heart sunk as I started to unfold the paper again.

I grew dizzy as I read the newspaper. There's no way.
