5 - What's the big deal?

"Thanks for the ride Dolan." I waved my hand at Grayson as I shut his car door. I walked to the front door of our house and took the keys out of my pocket.

As soon as I entered, Ryan aimed a gun at my head, his finger was on the trigger ready to shoot at any moment.

"Oh god, it's just you," Ryan put his hand on his chest relieved. I snatched the gun from his hand and unloaded it, throwing the bullets on the floor out of frustration.

"Oh my god, you're back!" Naomi ran to me and hugged me tightly, along with Noah.

I chuckled at them and said, "we need to talk, the basement. Now."

I watched as everyone walked to the stairs and down to the basement. I sighed and did the same.

Everyone was already seated as I sat across of them.

"Okay I need you guys to listen carefully." I looked at everyone carefully.

"Today, when I was at the hospital I met this guy-"

"Don't tell me you're falling in love Rosé." Connor said angrily.

"Connor, I'm the type to fall in love. Especially after the last one." I rolled my eyes laughing a little.

"Anyway, he took me to and from the hospital. And he asked me something and I'm gonna need your opinion." I gulped.

"Oh my god of course we agree!" Ryan clapped squealing.

I furrowed my eyebrows confusingly and he said, "he asked you to get married, duh."

I face palmed mentally and sighed. "Ryan, I only just met this guy. Chill."

"Oh." He said disappointedly. "He asked if we could join his mafia." I shrugged putting both my legs on the table as it is a habit of mine.

Everyone froze and looked at each other.
"D-did I hear that right?" John stammered.

"Yes, you did John."

"What's the name of the mafia?" Noah asked.

"Melrose." I replied bluntly.

Noah nodded and said, "you know they're one of the strongest mafias in New York, right?"

"So are we." I scoffed.

Everyone looked at each other and said, "we're in."
