Epilogue Part One

Final Chapters

Lucario's POV

I was going in and out of consciousness while I was In the labor room and all I could see was fuzzy and blurry blobs. I think I knew what was going to happen to me and I think the doctors could too.

I called over my mate, "L-L-Lucas..." and he came rushing over, "Y-yes babe?" He said quickly and so I replied barely a whisper, "Take care of him for me please."  I did one final push and let the darkness consume me.

5 years later

Lucas's POV

I was still sad because of my mate, Lucario's death. But I did what he said and cherished and looked after our son, Archie, like no other. Of course I treat our other kids, oldest being Trinity, who is 12 and our middle child Ryder, who is 9 the same as Archie but I am way more protective of him than Ryder and Trinity.

At first we thought Trinity was a boy because all first born Alphas are male but as soon as she came out we realised she was a girl, one of the first or maybe the first, first born female alpha in the world.

Luca was happy that we had a daughter and I think he's way more happier that we now have a full family, even if Luca isn't here anymore.

I also prayed to the Moon Goddess that I didn't get a second mate because I loved
Luca to much to give any of that love to anyone else and fortunately she heard my prayers and replied in my sleep saying something about how she heard my pleads and had decided to not give me a second mate and I am very grateful for that.

I sometimes see Luca in my dreams and we talk about our lives without each other and I think that has helped me keep sane.

It's Archie's 6th birthday today and we get to see him shift into his wolf and see what powers his wolf possesses! Every wolf has their own power, that may be something like, water, fire, earth, nature/plants etc.

It's now 7:30 am and Archie was born at 5:24 pm so we still have 10 hours until he shifts, in those 10 hours he connects more and more with his wolf until he shifts like his wolf tells him it's name and some small details.

Archie was running up and down the halls with Trinity while Ryder watched from his door sometimes jumping at them when they would run passed and that'd make them fall over and scream, especially Archie. I was laughing my ass off from the stairs I think I almost fell down them. Soon Archie got tired and he came up to me and put his head into my chest, signally he needed a nap, Trinity was also slouched down on the wall almost asleep while Ryder was putting his head on her shoulder and softly snoring.

I put Archie In his bed and came back to pick up both Trinity and Ryder and put them both down on my bed, they cuddled together trying to get warmth from each other and I audibly awed from the door. I sighed and turned away making my way to my study to do some documents for the pack, I recently put my Beta on charge for a few months because I had to look after the kids but now I'm back and I'm being consumed by my Alpha duties,

My twin sister Ashlyn is the pack Luna and I think she's doing great, she's really good with the kids AND she's like overprotective like really overprotective, honestly I would be too.

I got through most of my pack stuff quickly when I hear one of my top guards mind-link me, "Sir, there's been sighting of a huge wolf in the north eastern edge of our border, right near the small river." I sighed, "They were most likely passing through but just to be sure make sure nobody goes there for now."  I said, the guard said he'd link the whole pack and tell them about it.

I heard a door open and I looked up to see a pouty looking Archie, "What's wrong Arch?" I asked him, "M-my wolf says that h-he doesn't want to c-come out, and he says that he's not ready yet." He says sadly, "What's his name and ask him why?"

Archie starts looking at nothing; like literally nothing, and then he turns around and says, "His name is Sakis he says it's Greek for little and he says he is not needed yet." I'm silent for a few seconds, "Interesting."  I whisper to no one in particular, it's not like I can change anything, it's ultimately the wolf's choice if he wants to come out or not, but to actually tell your human you don't want to because you aren't needed yet is beyond me. I sigh and pick Archie up and I plop him down on the sofa in my office and I gave him a blanket and he was already dozing off so I didn't turn on the tv and I went back to working on pack stuff.

It was about an hour or two later when I heard the deafening squeals from both a Trinity and Ryder, I snorted and got up to go check on them and make sure they weren't clawing each other's eyes out. I walked into the room and I saw them both cuddled up together looking at the window like it was going to attack them if they moved. They saw me and Ryder burst out crying and sprinted towards me while dragging Trinity along who looked like she was about to cry. I looked at the window and I saw one full black figure standing by the window with two other black figures that I instantly recognised as demons.

I pulled both of them behind me and growled loudly at the figures, the one standing snorted at me and said, "We're not here to hurt  your kids," I growled louder at them, "Why are you here then?" It looked at me dumbfounded for a second before regaining its composure and replying, "We're your kids Guardian Demons!" It smiled at me "Your Goddess specifically wanted us to look after them."  I search for anything that would tell me it was lying but I couldn't find anything. "Well then, what are your names?" I asked, The figure stepped closer, "I'm Gizmo, this is Nikita," It points to the small demon behind him, "And this is Erin." It points to another bigger demon that sat on the floor just eyeing my son, Ryder.

"So who's guardian are you?" I asked, "I'm Archie's your youngest Son's Guardian, Nikita is Trinity's and Erin is Ryder's." It said, "Also Erin and I are males and Nikita is female." He said randomly. I just nodded, "If anything happens to my kids I'll roast you guys alive." I growled at him and they all nodded nervously. Somehow I trust them....

And that concludes this first epilogue and the second one will be here soon I think, Sorry I took so long I was being lazy and didn't do it for a couple days- don't be mad at me tho :/
