a work of art is what this book is. no other description needed. i'm just kidding but i really really really like this oneee. and i know i say that about them all but this one is really goooodd. again, a big remus lupin enthusiast right here but regardless. this is a freaking good fanfiction, there is a little bit of everything- comedy, fluff, romanceee, drama (not too much lol), and magic ofc. there's actually alot of snide remarks and sarcastic comments which is great, because that's literally the vibe of the marauders, and i have laughed out loud from this book. there is one element i don't like too much because it doesn't fit Laurel's character too much, but i don't want to spoil anything. but the author makes it work regardless, and it was essential for the sequel so i'll let it slide. also Laurel is a freaking badass feminist icon. in the sense of how she wants to invent spells and all these different things. she's such an unique character, and stands out from the rest of the characters and yet blends in, like she was meant to be in the marauders era-like i kinda forget i'm reading a fanfiction heehee. i love the creativity steaming from this book as the story is just so original.
definitely quite a book and a definite ten out of ten. also the cover is breathtaking.
