Error's POV:

Fate threw me back into the cell. I landed on the ground with a small 'Thud'. I look to see Dream in the corner, curled up. I made my way over and laid his head in my lap.

"E-Error? They others are coming... r-right?" Dream asked. I softened my eyes and nodded.

"They are. They just need to make a plan. There's no point in coming if they're going tobe captured too." I assured. He nodded shakily as the tears slowed down. I sighed and began to sing a song Fate used to sing to me, not even noticing that she was still outside the door.

Lay down your head and I'll sing you a lullaby.

Back to the years of loo-li lai-lay.

And I'll sing you to sleep and I'll sing you tomorrow.

Bless you with love for the road that you go.

May you sail fair to the far fields of fortune.

With diamonds and pearls at your head and your feet.

And may you need never to banish misfortune.

May you find kindness in all that you meet.

May there always be angels to watch over you.

To guide you each step of the way.

To guard you and keep you safe from all harm.

Loo-li, loo-li, lai-lay

I hummed the music as I waited for when Fate sung the next lyrics, not noticing the sound of sobs being held back from behind the door.

May you bring love and may you bring happiness.

Be loved in return to the end of your days.

Now fall off to sleep. I'm not meaning to keep you.

I'll just sit for a while and sing loo-li, lai-lay

At that lyric, Dream slipped off to sleep. I didn't stop the song though... I could never sing just a part of it and not feel horrible.

May there always be angels to watch over you.

To guide you each step of the way.

To guard you and keep you safe from all harm

Loo-li, loo-li, lai-lai

Loo-li, loo-li, lai-lay...

Loo-li, loo-li, loo-li, lai lay

Loo-li, loo-li, loo-li, lai lay

Loo-li, loo-li, loo-li, lai lay

Loo-li, loo-li, loo-li, lai lay

Loo-li, lai-lay...

I finished the song to see Dream completely relaxed. I covered him again with my jacket as I watched out for any possible harm to him.
