KH||Roxas x Reader ~ Teach me how to love

Since the moment he was created, Roxas has heard all sorts of things, barely ever comprehending was anything meant and always questioning what was going on.

At one point, when he was on a mission, Xaldin mentioned the 'power of love.' Roxas had asked what love was, but Xaldin just claimed that it was worthless, and left without explanation. Roxas didn't understand why, but he wanted to know. He saw the Beast and Belle, and he understood well enough to know that love is powerful. From the worlds he had visited, it sounded amazing. He wanted more than anything to find the one.

He didn't find it while he was a nobody. But when he became a part of Sora, he saw a girl. She was gorgeous, and it was torture knowing he couldn't be with you while he was trapped inside Sora's heart.

She had gorgeous {h/c} hair and vibrant {e/c} eyes. She was slightly shorter than Sora, about up to his eyes, and her laugh was one of the most angelic sounds he'd ever heard (and he had heard literal angels while on missions in the Organization).

When he and Sora were separated, he had first met you. You seemed dismissive to him at first, being confused about why he seemed so bent on talking to you. You had no idea he had memories of seeing you from Sora's point of view. He had tried communicating with you before, but it was difficult staying awake and taking over Sora's body for even the shortest amount of time.

When he was finally separated, he knew he had to have you. He planned on being with you forever, not knowing that you can't force someone to love you. After all, he still didn't know what love was. He always got nervous when you were around, but at the same time, that was all he wanted. The more time you spent around him, the more chance he had to make you love him.

But in time, he realized he couldn't do that. He tried getting over you, but it was impossible. Every second he was away from you he felt his mind crack, until finally, he couldn't take it.

It didn't take long for everyone to realize Roxas had gone crazy, as he didn't exactly try to hide it. At the exact moment everyone had turned away, Roxas struck.

No one noticed Roxas dragging you away. No one noticed the cave. No one noticed the footprints. No one heard the screams. The others searched all around and any world they could get to, but there was so sign of you. Roxas had found a small world and hidden you away in it. Somehow he had found a way to hide the world from anyone else, and no one could ever see the tiny world you were on.

Roxas never left either. He feared you would find a way out, or that the others would keep him away from you. Roxas had found the person he loved, and he would do anything in his power to keep you from getting away, even if it meant chaining you down.

Which he has, multiple times.

Roxas loves you. He knows it. But he only knows how to love by how he's seen other people do it. He's doing his best... and you have to admit, that even though you say you hate him, you can't deny that he's adorable in his attempts to love you. He hasn't ever tried to force himself on you. The worst he's ever done was force you to cuddle with him every night and fall asleep that way.

Roxas is needy. No doubt he got that from Sora- maybe even Ven, too. They both seem needy, but you couldn't be sure. Roxas is constantly holding your hand or has you in his hold somehow. Roxas rarely left the world, the only reason he would ever leave was if he needed to get something for you. He wanted to make you happy, and that's all he ever tried to do. If you missed home too much, he would go and sneak into your room to get something. Yes, the others noticed things of yours go missing, but they always seemed to miss Roxas. Perhaps he disguised himself as Ventus.
