Ruby's POV

Sapphire had been in bed for two days now, the whole dog things really getting to her.

Garnet's not doing to well in school, she's still worried about Flo. She keeps waking up in the middle of the night screaming about people coming to get her.

This whole dog thing is really getting to them, I understand why but it's messing me up.

I've never had much until Sapphire, she's hurting and I'm being nothing but useless to her and the little angel we brought into this world.

It's been for days since we lost Kida and Ceaser, age I've done nothing but shower then with attenchen, love, and gifts.

Nexus said I should calm down cause apparently I spent four million dollars on them individually.

I mean you'd think I remember something like that, but I don't.

I work day and night trying to find the people who did this, I won't stop until I do.

Nexus's POV

Boss has been working non-stop, she's spent eight million dollars on Sapphire and Garnet.

She's not sleeping, it's just like back when she was eighteen and wouldn't sleep. She got better over time but now we are back at square one.

I walked out of her office and sighed, the dinner we find these guys, the sooner she'll sleep.

I sat in the living room and started thinking, eventually I feel asleep.

I woke up and a gang member shook me awake, "what's going on" I asked. He helped me up "we find the guys who threatened is, they arranged a meeting and we don't trust it".

I walked through the kitchen which was full of gang members much like the living room. The house was full of people, but I eventually got to the meeting room.

All the top hang members where there, Grayson looked at me "where ya been man", I walked over "drifted off, what'd I miss".

"We know the hang is the Royal Vagos", I noded along "they want to meet boss and Sapphire, out in the woods..... Alone".

I jumped up "OH HELL NO, it could be a trap". Ruby noded "it could be, but I need to see what we're up against, I also want to know why they are threating us".

I shook my head "we can bring re-enforcements, they can come in on foot... Incase they try something". Ruby smiled "alright, alright, we need to know who's going", Caleb put a hand up.

"I'll send all thoughs who won't help outside and send em home", Caleb said slightly excited, Ruby noded. "Let's get ready for this".

We all left the room getting things set up.

Garnet's POV

I woke up and screamed, flames appeared at the side of my bed and mama was standing there worried.

I hugged her and she hugged me "what's wrong honey" I shook my head "you left, to meet some people and..... and they killed you.......you, mom, Nexus, Caleb, Grayson, Tyler, and a lot of others".

Mama tensed for a moment "well where did they meet at" she asked, "the woods". Mama let go of me, "well I am going to meet people in the woods, but I can leave Sapphy here".

I shook my head, "NO, then me and mama will have no one". She looked down "baby I have to go, I'm going to find the people who threatened you and your mom".

I noded "you'll come back right" she noded and smiled, "I promise, I'll come back to you and your mom....I love you".

She kissed my forehead and I kissed her cheek, she tucked me in told me goodnight and left as I fell asleep again.
