Spell Casting

Garnet's POV

I swam to the surface of the water, I sit water out of my mouth. I looked around "OPAL" I called but no response.

I closed my eyes

"MOM I LOST OPAL"

"don't panic, clam down"

"Okay, okay"

"Are you calmer"

"Yes...."

"Good, now just consintraite"

"M'kay"

I opened my eyes and I could feel something, in the water.

Opal's POV

I hit the water and I was doing my best to swim up, but to no avail.

I started to panic frantically looking around, the water was a dark green a pitch black underneath me.

I looked around more feeling my lungs burning, I looked down seeing something moving under me.

It was an alligator, seriously I hate water.

I lost all my breath realizing I was gonna fall right to it, I covered my mouth and I was really gonna drown.

I felt cold wrap around me then everything was blue. I exhaled and there was no water, just air.

I felt the thing wrapped around me crash into something, I squinted seeing the alligator right there.

I glanced behind me seeing darkness and a cliff, I really wasn't trying to sink any further so I didn't move.

My breathing picked up and i could feel my anxiety, claustrophobia kicking in.

I stopped moving and just stayed still trying to forget

how do underwater I am

If this thing breaks I'm alligator food

If I move in gonna sink further down

What if the alligator pushes me

What if I'm too heavy and sink

I'm gonna starve to death

I'm gonna lose oxygen in here

I hugged myself and quietly hummed to myself to calm down. That's what my mother taught me to do.

I woke up and remembered I was still underwater, then felt the crystal move. I closed my eyes waiting for death but nothing happened.

I opened my eyes and it was bright, I looked around "Garnet" I said not to loud.

"Ya I'm here, I'll get you out" I sighed in relief, Garnet cracked the crystal opened like and egg.

I sat up and she hugged me "I'm sorry I took so long, I couldn't find you and I was scared" I relaxed and smiled a little.

"It's fine, you didn't know" she let go, okay let's find a way to civilization", she helped me up and we walked away.

Andre's POV

A week and four days, it's all they have to get back.

Ruby and Sapphire are completely in a coma now and I don't know what to do. Nexus had gang members everywhere trying to find the kids, who are sixteen.

Still kids though....

Pearl and Amethyst have found multiple of Jade's hideout's and Jasper and Amy literally killed everyone in the hang that was found.

Those two kill at least four hundred a day, it's not healthy in the slightest.

While everyone dies their own thing, I have been watching over Ruby and Sapphire day in and day out.

I've also been reading more of that book that helped give their powers up, lucky for me I did find a split spell.

Since both parents have the power of two Gods we take only one Gods powers and split it.....

I explained that horribly, let me try again...

Moon God
Goddess of Creation
Sun God
Goddess of Destruction

Sapphire
Opal
Ruby
Garnet

So basically Sapphire takes the moon God powers, Ruby takes the sun God, Opal takes the goddess of Creation, and Garnet takes Destruction goddess.

Simple right

Only a few problems though, that means the kids will lose the powers for four hours, they'll be like your average human, and the others kinda don't like the split spell idea.

So I planned on doing it behind the backs, I might lose their trust but at least Ruby and Sapphire will be awake.

I got the materials for the down and began seeing them up ready to preform it...

I really hope I'm not fucking up here.
