The girls stared at Geno.

"You're her..." Horror began. Error came out of her room and her eyes met Geno's.

"You like your room?" He asked. Error smiled.

"It's just the same as its always been," She answered softly. "You didn't even throw out that baby blanket you hate so much."

"Error," Nightmare began. "Is there something you wanna tell us?" Error looked at her boss and gulped.

"It's been a few years since I've seen Geno," She began slowly.

"Five years," Geno specified curtly. Error flinched guiltily.

"I wanted something more than to live in this small town so I ran away," She mumbled. "Our mum was sick at the time but I left anyway."

"And a few years after that Mum died," Geno added. "I didn't realise what you wanted to do was join a gang."

"We're not a gang," Horror said.

"Well, you're definitely criminals," Geno said. "Why else would you come to me through a stripper when your friend is comatosed instead of to a hospital. You're hiding." The girls fell silent. "I'm guessing you've got your quirks too. Sociopathic tendencies and the like." Lust winced.

"Gen I'm sorry," He began. Geno held up a hand.

"No, I said yes fully aware of what I was accepting. I just didn't know I would see my sister again if I did." He stood up and walked away. "I'm going to my room, you can set up in any room you want. Fresh took all his stuff when he left and Mum didn't have anything left by the time she died." Lust looked after him guiltily as he walked into his room.

"I'll stick around until you girls are settled in," He said. "Then I'll be going. Happy to see you're reunited with your brother Error." Error gave a small nod.

"Yeah," Error muttered. "A real happy reunion."

Dream chucked Blue's book back at him with a grin, watching him dodge like a pro.

"Shut up! I am not being a wimp I can't afford to go to university!" He yelled, giggling a little. Blue stuck out his tongue.

"You're a wimp~" He teased. "You just don't wanna go cause you feel too old for uni!" Dream stuck out his tongue.

"I can't afford it and I'm only twenty one!" He protested.

"Lies!" Ink yelled from his position behind the couch hiding from their bookish projectiles. "You can get a scholarship." Dream sighed dramatically.

"I don't have time to study for a scholarship!" Ink stood up so he was visible and stuck out his tongue.

"Oh please you know we'd cover up for you anytime!"

"We're already almost behind on rent!"

"Lies! We still have a week!" Dream collapsed onto the couch across from Ink's.

"Ugh ok seriously leave me alone guys I'm not going back to school any time soon," He said.

"But you should," Blue said. "You know you're the best in the office. It's a four-year course get started you lazy bastard." Dream rolled his eyes.

"I'll get started when Ink starts getting paid for his art."

"Hey!" Ink cried.

"Thirty one is far too late in life!" Blue said, slamming a hand down on their coffee table.

"Hey!"

"Come on Dream. Go be the amazing therapist you know you can be," Blue said.

"Yeah you can bring in a ton of money for us," Ink said brushing away the insults like a champ.

"Not happening," Dream said. He pushed himself off the couch and stretched. "It's late I'm going to bed." Blue snorted.

"Alright night wimp," he said.

"Yeah night wimp," Ink joined. Dream rolled his eyes and retreated to his bedroom, making a point of sticking out his tongue again before he shut it behind him.

Cross stood smiling outside the large apartment building, his head turned to the fifth floor. Many people were still awake and light illuminated the windows all the way to the tenth floor. A figure passed the window he was looking at, blonde hair reflecting the light. "Well, would you look at that?" Cross said, chuckling to himself. "He's still living here."
