**Hi guys! Quick note, we're having issues with wifi at my house and so I can't access the internet at all. I'm currently using my hotspot on my phone for wifi, but I don't have unlimited so I'm just posting this really quick. There will be a double update today, but I'm trying to figure out the wifi situation first. Please be patient, I'll keep you all updated!**

Roxie's POV

Waking up Sunday morning, I felt good. Really good. I was refreshed and well-rested, something I haven't been in a while.

I was, however, absolutely famished.

I checked the time on my phone and saw my usual voicemail notification. I lifted the phone to my ear and pressed play, closing my eyes as Jedrek's words flew over me. He spoke about the day he had ahead and what he wanted to accomplish. He then did his usual routine of hoping I have a good day before ending the message as he always does.

I love you, Roxie girl. Be good.

When I was done listening, I peeked over my shoulder and saw Ivy still fast asleep, mouth slightly agape as a small dribble of drool slid down her chin. I snorted before grabbing a pillow and smacking her with it. Her eyes squeezed together as her mouth finally closed and she smacked her lips a few times - rewetting her lips and tongue I assumed.

"What?" she groaned.

"Get up. Let's make some breakfast."

"What time is it?" she grunted, burying her face in the blankets to try and hide her eyes from the sun spilling into the room through the cracks in the curtains.

"It's nine-thirty, now let's go. We don't want to sleep our whole day away," I insisted.

"I beg to differ," she replied before slowly pulling herself up and out of the bed. "You and Khloe need to learn how to sleep in. I mean, seriously. Who wakes up at nine-thirty on a weekend?" she asked rhetorically.

"Lots of people," I giggled as we sauntered into Milo's kitchen. I opened his fridge doors and surveyed the food inside, striking breakfast gold. I pulled out eggs, cheese, some peppers I found in a veggie drawer, and the cartons of fresh fruit from the top shelf.

"You wanna cut the fruit while I start the omelets?" I asked to which Ivy nodded. We got to work, exchanging chit chat here and there.

"So, how do you think last night went between Khloe and Xander?" Ivy suddenly asked, raising a single brow before going back to slicing strawberries.

"I was just going to ask you the same thing," I replied with a devious smile. "I think we should Facetime her and see what she's doing right now. You know she's gotta be awake," I commented. Ivy's smile grew wider as she dashed into the guest bedroom and came prancing back with her phone in hand, the signature ringing tone already echoing throughout the surrounding space.

"She's not answering..." Ivy remarked seconds before the ringing stopped.

"Hello?" Khloe called out, her voice groggy and sleep-filled.

"She's still in bed!" Ivy whisper-shouted while pulling the phone away from her mouth. I dropped my spatula onto the counter and ran over to where Ivy was standing to get a look for myself.

"Oh my God, that's a body behind her!" I hissed, pointing towards the sheet-covered lump that was peeking out from behind Khloe's own blanket-clad body.

"Hellooo?" came Khloe's impatient voice.

"Hi, sunshine! What're you still doing in bed?" Ivy asked in an overly chipper voice.
