**Hi guys! Sorry I didn't get this uploaded yesterday, I kind of spaced out after studying and just watched Bones the rest of the night. This is the LAST CHAPTER before the epilogue :( I've loved this story so much and have had so much fun sharing it with you all. I hope you've loved it as much as I have!**

Roxie's POV

The reality of Tori's sentencing didn't hit me until I heard the final pound of the Judge's gavel. In exchange for a plea deal, Tori would only pay a hefty fine and serve five years in prison with the opportunity of parole after a year if she showed good behavior. I'd heard through the grapevine that Sandra had thrown money at every possible opportunity to try and sweep this whole ordeal under the rug. Unfortunately for her, my pregnancy made things all the more nightmarish. She learned the hard way that money can't solve everything.

I was due any day now. Jedrek was worried my water would break while I was testifying. Thankfully, the courthouse wasn't too far away from the hospital had that been the case.

My dad nor Sandra had even glanced at me throughout the entire hearing process. They both acted like I didn't exist. That was perfectly fine with me. These days, I had exactly who I needed in my life and I was happier than I could've ever thought possible.

"Why don't we get home and get a nap? I don't want you tired for dinner tonight," Jedrek remarked as he walked me back to his truck. The comment had me smiling from ear to ear as I remembered Xander's plans. I had to avoid Khloe at all costs the last few days as I was terrified of ruining the elaborate proposal he had planned - or slipping up and telling her that Xander was finally able to finalize his divorce. I nodded in agreement to Jedrek's question and accepted his help getting into his truck.

I didn't nap for long. Sleeping was getting harder each day. I couldn't get comfortable and the ache in my lower back was never-ending. Not to mention, I'd been having gripping pains extending throughout my whole belly all day.

I had to have Jedrek's help in getting ready - not only with zipping my dress but also with getting my shoes on. Turns out, such a simple task is damn near impossible when your ankles are swollen, you can't see your feet, and bending over stopped being an option months ago.

Jedrek helped me out of the truck as we stopped at the valet. He quickly handed over our keys before rushing us inside so we wouldn't be late. We slipped in right as Xander and Khloe's food was delivered, taking our seats next to Ivy, Ezekiel, Milo, and Candice. Our waiter came over to take our own order moments later. I had to grip the edge of the table as my belly seized with pain more intense than it had been ever before. Jedrek eyed me with worry, but I just shook off his concern and ordered my own dinner.

I eyed my dish with want, but my stomach revolted every time I attempted to take a bite. I distracted myself from the pain wracking my body by watching Xander and Khloe. Just as I saw Xander drop to one knee beside his and Khloe's dinner table, I felt a gush of liquid between my legs. I gasped and reached out to squeeze Ivy's hand. She squeezed back and squealed loudly. The expression on Khloe's face brought tears to my eyes - as well as the pain emulating throughout my body - seconds before her own started sliding down her face. Khloe jumped out of her seat and mauled poor Xander before he even got a chance to slide the beautiful four karat ring onto her finger. Our table burst out laughing as the entire restaurant flooded with applause. I cupped my belly as I gritted my teeth, focusing on breathing calmly and evenly as I'd learned in birthing class.

Thankfully, my dress was black so the stain from my water breaking hadn't shown as I painstakingly waddled over to where Khloe and Xander were kissing passionately with the rest of our group.
