"...Mathias.."

The Norwegian man looked surprised at the almost crying man in front of him. "Lukas, Why don't you trust me? Am I not trustworthy enough for you? Did all these years mean nothing to you? Am I nothing to you?" The Dane had now tears running down his face, not even trying to make eye contact with the other man. Not long after finishing his sentence the Norwegian man slapped the Dane crossed his face. "Don't you ever dare to think that!"  His voice was full of anger when he said that. A handprint formed on the Danes cheek. He looked up at Lukas with a surprised look on his face. Lukas immediately felt guilty about slapping the Dane. He walked out of the room and closed the door behind him. Mathias' mom looked at him and smiled not knowing what just had happened. Lukas broke eye contact and left the building. Meanwhile, Mathias had collapsed on the floor crying. He felt pathetic, He was twenty-two and still cried like a little child.

It took a while but eventually, Lukas came back. He knocked on the door, hoping Mathias opened it but it wasn't Mathias, but once again his mom. He greeted her and she let him inside, telling him Mathias was still in his room. He nodded politely and walked over to Mathias door, softly knocking on it. Nobody answered he did not feel like watching so he pushed the door open, revealing a crying Dane on his bed. Mathias noticed someone walk into his room, and he looked up. His look changed when he figured out who it was. "Lukas?" He said with a soft voice, slowly crawling towards Lukas. Lukas walked closer to the emotional mess in front of him. "Mathias, I'm sorry.." Lukas said while Mathias reached the Norwegian man. Mathias tackle hugged Lukas without a warning managing to get a scream out of the shorter man. "Lukiiieee I missed you~," He said squeezing the blond man tight. "I was gone for one hour Idiot."  Lukas said gasping for air. "but I was worried you wouldn't come back.." Mathias whined. A tiny smile appeared on Lukas' face "Moron, I can't just leave you, you are my best friend."  The Dane's face turned happy by hearing those words and he Immediately squeezed Lukas tighter. Both men were laying on the ground one extremely happy and the other couldn't breathe.

Mathias let go of Lukas and he set up against his old wooden bed. All emotion disappeared from his face, "Lukas?" he said softly. The Norwegian looked at him with a questioning face. "Yes?"  a short silence fell before the taller man answered. "What would you do, If I told you I loved you?"  A weird feeling appeared in the Norwegian man's chest, his mind went blank and he didn't know what to say. he just started at the dane before answering "W-what?" He stuttered, not know how he needed to react. "Lukas, I love you. I have for a long long time, every time I see you I suddenly can't breathe anymore. I want to hold you close to me." Lukas felt so happy hearing those words, but he didn't know how to say it. He did all he could think off, he moved close to the dane and whipped his arms around him, pulling him into a tight hug. Mathias waited a few seconds to process what just had happened before hugging back. They held each other as close as they could, Lukas was the first one to pull away from the hug. Mathias had gone back to his old self, Cheerful and careless.

Mathias cupped the cheeks of the other and softly pressed his lips on the smaller Male's lips. Lukas placed his hands on the Dane's chest before kissing back. The dane pulled away with a huge smile on his face, "Does this mean we're a couple now?!" He asked excitedly. The Norwegian man nodded with a smile on his face "Yes, I sure hope we are."
