⚠️Before I start, I want to warn the people that can't handle death well-
It still is a Viking fanfiction which means a lot of people die-⚠️-----------------------------------------------------------
"Calder?" The boy nodded with a bright smile on his face. "I see you finally recognize me." Tino's eyes grew wide, and all the anger he had felt towards the male had disappeared. "Listen, Tino, I want you to do something for me."
It didn't take long for Calder to explain his plan. Tino stayed with the male until the very end. Tino stood up and looked back at the male's lifeless body. The Finnish ran, hoping he could fulfil the other task...
"Tino, make them stop fighting. They keep making the same mistake their mother's and fathers before them made." The memories of the male started flowing through the Finnish males' mind "All of them will company me in my way to Valhalla if they do not stop" It didn't take long before the memories from his past with the Bondevik tribe came back.
The only person Tino knew was the future tribe leader Lukas. The Finnish male dug deeper in his memory. He remembered Calder clearly. He was always looking out for Lukas. The male was a few years older than Lukas and Tino, so he always made sure the two didn't get hurt. He always had a calm smile on his face and would not interfere with their conversations.
Calder, I'm sorry you had to go this early. I make sure they will remember you. Tino continued running. The warning Calder had told him made his way back into Tino's mind, "I beg of you, make them stop fighting or all the tribes will not last longer than 10 years. The elders got a message from the gods, unknown men, way more powerful men will come. If they don't work together, All the tribes will fall."
It didn't take long before Tino entered the battlefield. His body froze in horror. He had never actually seen a battle like this. There was so much blood and pain it made the males fill with tears. All these people had families, friends, people they care about. They can not say goodbye! The memory of Calder found his way back into his mind.
The Finnish males' pupils were small, he placed a hand in front of his mouth while falling to his knees. What if Calder would have a chance of surviving if it wasn't for Tino? Would the Norwegian male ever forgive him for killing his childhood friend? Did Calder have kids? A wife?
Tino's let his hands fall to the ground to let them rest. He then realized that he was extremely close to a battlefield. He had let his guard down. He must be happy to be alive and not injured. The Finnish male did not want to interact with other warriors. He stood up scanning the battlefield for the three tribe leaders. Tino did not see any of them. He quickly ran to the other side of the village.
Nobody was there, other than dying warriors. Tears appeared once again in the short man's eyes. He turned around and ran towards another side of the village. Tears still streaming down his face. He never wanted to end up in such a mess. He had always been sent away by the tribe to do something different. He never actually fought. Now that he is in the heat of the battle, he wished he'd never jump into it.
He ran only to run into more people fighting. This time someone noticed the emotional Fin and launched an attack. That's when Tino remembered what his mission was, he needed to stop this no matter what.
He grabbed his sword and turned it backwards, so the sharp side was facing himself. He lowered down and jumped forwards to the other person attacking him. Tino had no intention in killing them. All he needed to do was make sure they got out of his way. The other person lifted their sword ready to attack. This gave Tino an opening. He jumped forward as fast as he could, hitting the other person right between his ribs with the back of his sword. They fell backwards, which was his sign to move on.
Tino decided to dodge the crowd by running into the forest. It didn't take long for him to find a very worried Dane. The two locked eyes and Mathias instantly rise his battle-axe, ready to attack. Tino pulled out his sword in defence, he had no intention of killing the other male. He needed to other males to bring peace. He would only make things worse if the other male died.
The Danish tribe leader jumped forwards launching an attack, Tino jumped sideways imminently following by the Danes battle axe. Tino panicked for a second before blocking the axe with his sword. The Dane was way stronger than him, which made it hard for the small Fin to hold it.
"Please stop attack me, I need you to help me save Lukas and Berwald."
