Harry's calloused, rough but yet still soft hands, lightly touched my cut up and bruised face. Eyes twinkling with so much emotion that it got me weak in the knees. I licked my lips in anticipation, in the middle of a bombed up city, all I could see is the curly headed boy in front of me. He's like a magnet and I'm the stupid metal being forcefully drawn to him. No matter how hard I pushed myself to loathe the man, he just found a way to dig his way in, deeper than necessary, right into my chest and rip out the organ circulating the blood in my body from it. He have grabbed my heart in an iron fist, and torn it from it's vessels, keeping it under his wing for safe keeping. Never have I ever thought that I, Kitorah Adams would fall for Harry Styles. My boyfriend's best friend.

I was dragged back to the content moment when Harry rubbed the pad of his thumb on my cheeks affectionately. His green painted eyes boring into my brown dull chocolate ones. He leaned in a fraction, towering over me and his brown curls tickling my delicate cheeks. "I promise I will haul you out of your misery Kitorah. I promise I would teach you how to be brave, how to use a gun and how to stay alive." Harry breathed out, his warm oxygen feathering my lips.

Harry Styles, a man who've been forced to do the dirty work for Ronny Cruzer so he could save the lives of his mother and sister. And Kitorah's parents, died in tragic car accident out of no where. Ronny wanted Kitorah dead like a log for refusing his offer in working a his club. He told Harry to keep an eye on Kitorah, try to avert her decision to make her want to work there. But that mission have failed because he fell deeply in love with her. Now Harry is being persistent in keeping her safe. Ronny wants both of them dead, having his other trustees looking for the two. This is a story with guns, bombs and survival. Where love was magically created,
where secrets were unraveled and where in a cruel world that we have to try to keep our heads high over the waters, swimming for our lives through the collision of trouble that is erupting. "Never have I ever thought I had to be forced to be dauntless unwillingly." And on this rocky road, she also have younger siblings to take care of through this hell.
