Shelby nudged Tyler with her hand "C'mon, get up!".
Tyler looked up at her "What? Why..?".
     "We have stuff to do!"
     "What stuff?"
"You will see now come on!"
     "Fine..!"

Tyler walked out of the cabin in a white T-shirt and light bluejeans. "Well? What did you call me out here for?" She asked curiously.
     "I wanted to go fishing!"
     "This early in the morning?"
     "...It's 7 am Tyler.."
     "Oh.. then let's go!"
Shelby laughed and started walking towards the dock. A large dragon hit the ground and Shelby and Tyler fell backwards.
"Oh, sorry!" I didn't see you two!". A tall slim boy with brown hair and hazel eyes stepped down from a orange red dragon. He held out his hand for Shelby to grab yet she helped herself up. Tyler stood and brushed the dirt off he knees.
"It's fine.." Shelby mumbled.
"Right...uhh I'm Shawn!" He smiled and held out his hand again. Shelby curiously shook his hand and then crossed her arms.
"What's his name?" Tyler asked.
"Uhhh, who?" Shawn looked at her, confused.
Tyler nodded her head over to the Sand Wraith  that stood beside Shawn. It was reddish orange with darker markings, as well as emerald green eyes.
"Oh, thats Redwood!" Shawn smiled.
"That's a nice name!" Tyler smiled back.
"How old are y'all?"
"Were both thirteen, too young for you.." Shelby retorted.
"No no no no!" Shawn stammered "I was just asking, you know in a friendly manner!"
Shelby raised up one eyebrow and looked down at Tyler. Tyler looked up at her and shrugged.
"Alright, how old are you?" Shelby calmly asked.
"Fifteen." Shawn calmly answered "Who's he?".
Shelby looked over her shoulder to see Spencer walk up and stand beside her.
"He's Spencer, my dragon.".
"Have you flew on him yet?".
"Flew..?" Shelby looked down at Tyler who's eyes were wide with fear. "No, why do you ask?" She looked at him, wondering to what he was referring to.
"You should! It's fun! Everyone is doing it!" Shawn smiled and patted Redwood on his head.
Shelby looked at Tyler, Tyler was scared of two thing: spiders and heights. She knew that Tyler wouldn't come.
"I want to go but Tyler is scared of heights, and I don't want to leave her here.."
"It's okay Shelby, I  can go fishing for a while!" Tyler smiled and started walking towards the dock.

Shelby turned her attention back to Shawn. "Well?" She asked "What now?".
"Uhm.. we get on our dragons and fly?" Shawn looked at her and raised one eyebrow.
"Okay then.. how?" Shelby asked.
Shawn gave her a strange look. "Have you ever flown on a dragon?". "No.." Shelby responded. "Okay then..it's kind of like riding a horse, you ever done that?". "Yeah". "Then do that..just..up.." Shawn said as he shrugged and got on top of Redwood.
Shelby nodded and got on Spencer's back. She looked.
Redwood opened his wings and flew upwards, over the top of the lake. Within a second Spencer was with him.
Shelby held tightly onto Spencer in shock. She looked down and admired the lake from high up.
"Woah!" She gasped "This is awesome!" Shelby threw her hands up and smiled.
Shawn smiled back as the dragons turned and soared over the water. They suddenly flew up quickly and the lake got smaller and smaller until they could barely see it.
"We are higher up than the trees!" Shelby exclaimed. "Yeah, we are!" Shawn replied laughing.

After a while of flying, they started flying down.
"That was fun." Shelby said. "Yeah, it was, but I'm tired." Shawn yawned and stretched.
Shelby was going to say something but was cut off as a black shape flew past them, soaring into the trees.
"What was that?!".
"I don't know, it was moving so fast I couldn't see!" Shawn looked into the trees, trying to see if he could still see the creature.
"I gotta get back, it was probably nothing.." Shelby directed Spencer downwards.
"Wait, let's see what that was!" Shawn quickly suggested.
"But what about-"
"Tyler can wait about ten more minutes, can't she?" He interrupted her.
Shelby paused, "Yeah, okay, but just for ten minutes!" She snapped.
"Okay okay! Ten minutes, promise!" Shawn quickly replied.
They both flew into the tree line.
