I realize I go back and forth with names, like, a lot. I'll say Stephen and then I'll say Strange, or I'll say Stark and then I'll say Tony, so sorry about that! Sometimes it just sounds better to say the names differently, thats why I do it! But still sorry for the inconvenience!
Dr. Stephen Strange brought Thor to the room Loki was going to stay in. He didn't quite know what he was expecting, but certainly not what he saw. Loki was covered in a blanket, he looked like he had just been crying, and Peter was comforting him. Odd. But what was Strange going to tell Thor? Come back later? No, that wouldn't work. Might as well let him in...
"Ok, um, well, here ya go." Stephen told Thor. It was quite the awkward shuffle to let Thor in. He also didn't bother to alert Loki. It might be funny to give him a little scare.
When Thor looked in, his heart jumped! It really was his little brother, he wasn't dead. He looked, different, but that didn't matter. Loki was alive.
"Brother!" Thor's voice boomed. Loki turned around in shock. Thor didn't seem to mind, he just ran up and hugged his littler brother and smiled. "I thought you died! But this is incredible!" Loki played with his fingers, like he did when anxious, or angry, or sad, or excited, the list goes on, really. At first Peter was shocked, but quickly moved out of the way of reunion. "And Thanos, like I swore, is dead! And we can let he sun shine in, and, well, whatever you want!" Thor was overjoyed, practically crying, still not noticing Loki's current state. Now Loki was even more confused. Why wasn't Thor on Asgard? And what happened to his hair?!
"Umm, good? Why would we do everything I wanted?" Loki asked.
"Because you died, but your not dead, classic Loki! I really though you were gone, see! Your even crying from happiness!"
"That would be the wizards spell." Loki said glaring at Strange, who ignored the death threat. "And I never died."
"That is true, because you always come back! Like with the elves, and well, the Bifrost bridge, that was a bit dramatic, and now!" Thor replied very happily. Loki was still terribly confused.
"I don't understand, what happened at the Bifrost?"
"I though for sure you would be with mother and father forever, but no!" Thor kept going.
"What about mother?" Loki asked.
"Thor." Peter said softly, standing to the side. "Loki doesn't understand what your talking about." That earned Peter a confused look from the god. "He, he has amnesia. The last thing Loki rememberers is the day before your, um, coronation."
"But that's impossible! What about Sakaar? The grand master? Val? Us?" Thor asked hopelessly. He looked down to see his brother very confused. Loki looked different, much more similar to the teen known as Peter than to the brother Thor used to know. Shorter black hair, just past his ears. Still pale as snow. He was now wearing a white shirt with pale shorts, but holding a dirtied green sweatshirt. And Loki still had his horned helmet, though it was smaller, and less of a helmet and more of a headband.
Loki looked down at his hands, upset for disappointing Thor. Couldn't he just be helpful for once?"So, does this mean your king of Asgard?" Loki asked, trying to find something positive. Thor gave a weak smile and nodded. "That's good." Loki replied. Thor didn't have the heart to tell his brother about what had happened to Asgard, and Loki's family situation quite yet. Eventually, but Thor was happy to just have his brother back. "Well, since your back can I go? Back to Asgard, I want to see what you do all day, since I missed out. And I can tell mother that New York was actually just a mishap! I'm sure she'll be pleased with that!" Loki said excitedly, followed by awkward silence. Thor swallowed hard, and Strange looked down on the floor.
"Well that's great! I'm sure your mom would love that!" Peter replied, smiling. He made eye contact with Strange, who shook his head. "Oh." Peter whispered softly. Thor recovered quickly to cover up.
"I think we should stay here for now, due to your current situation, and reverse the effects." Thor told his little brother, who nodded.
"Ok. But first thing when we return!" Loki exclaimed excitedly.
"Sure thing." Thor replied with a smile.
The god was sure their mother was smiling in Valhalla.
