#23 - You'll Be on my Mind

Summary - Two lovers, quite a distance away, are always thinking about the other...until one day, they end up meeting each other with a surprise of a lifetime.

"You don't know what love is."her father always told her, repeatedly. And yet, here she was, seventeen, almost eighteen, and in complete love. She had met him during the time they shared at high school and started to fall in love with him since she had met in online under his personal FC. She promised, that no matter what, she would find him so they could be together despite what people want.

She also knew, that her mother, Sylvanna, would ultimately hate her for falling in love with the 'Devil' as her mom put it. Even if he was the devil, she saw the softer side to him and she loved every part of him.

"I'm leaving, Mom. Bye!"she would tell her mom before her biggest mistake was made. She left Phoenix Drop, hoping to never return and went away to her new life. One that she could be happy in without the drama of her own mother.

"Mom!"two voiced interlaced with one another as two kids —one 15, the other 14–ran forwards to hug their mother.

"Alina, Andrew, how was school?"she asked, as she broke the hug.

Alina was her fifteen year old daughter with the same raven colored hair and dark brown eyes that nobody knows how she got. Her favorite color was ironically a light magenta as she wore a hooded sweater cardigan over a black long sleeve shirt and black jeggings with magenta colored heeled converse.

"It was fine. Andrew got into a fight with Brave."Alina smirked, tossing a casual look at her brother.

Andrew or 'Blade' as he often went by was her fourteen year old son with raven colored hair like her and Aaron but with pure golden eyes, a genetic trait he got from Aaron's sister, Melissa. He, like Aaron, favored the color red as he wore his infamous Lycan hoodie —black with red cuffs, red Lycan symbols, and a red hood—with a pair of dark gray jeans and black converse.

"Shut up."Andrew mumbled.

"You got into another fight."she crossed her arms at her son.

"Sorry, mom."he replied, shyly.

Aphmau sighed. "It's okay, Andrew. Just try not to get into more fights or else, I'd have to online school you."she told him, as he nodded.

"I'll try not to."Andrew smiled.

Since Aphmau left Phoenix Drop, she had no intention of returning home as her home was with her two kids in Falcon Claw. Yet, when she received the mysterious call from somebody unknown, telling her that something was wrong with Katelyn, she immediately packed her things and left Falcon Claw with her kids.

She knew, questions were going to be asked but seeing as though, she had a soft spot for Katelyn —she was her best friend. "Katelyn has to be in danger...why else would someone call me."she muttered to herself, as she drove her car into Phoenix Drop.

She briefly looked back, smiling as Andrew and Alina were casually talking to one another. "Andrew, Alina, welcome to Phoenix Drop."she said, aloud.
