ATalks here's yours! Happy Christmas!

"So, where are we going again?" Neviah asked.

"I think you'll like it," Alice said simply with a smile.

"That doesn't answer my question," Neviah shook her head.

"Oh, yeah, I know. I just didn't want to spoil the surprise," Alice giggled.

The duo turned the corner to find the local zoo.

"A zoo?" Neviah gasped.

"Yeah. I know you like taking pictures and nature," Alice shrugged.

"Well, come on!" Neviah took Alice's hand and started to run towards the zoo entrance.

The two had a great time of seeing animals, taking pictures, and walking around.

"This has been fun," Alice stretched.

"Thanks for this, Alice," Neviah smiled.

"Yeah, no prob-ooh, what's this?" Alice said, rushing towards a crowd of people.

"Come one! Come all!" one of the zoo's employees was shouting.

Alice pushed herself out and into the front of the crowd. Her eyes widened at what she saw.

"Who thinks that they have what it takes.....to box with a kangaroo?!" the man announced.

Behind him was a glass enclosed place where a male red kangaroo stood.

Alice shot up her hand.

"I'd like to try," she said.

Neviah, who stood by the girl by that time, took her wrist and yanked her hand down.

"What are you doing?" she narrowed her eyes.

"Oh, come on. You're not at least a little curious who'd win between a kangaroo and a ninja?" Alice protested.

"........You do know how powerful their kicks are, right?" Neviah asked.

"I can dodge," Alice rolled her eyes, as if she was being patronised.

They both stayed like that for a few minutes. Alice wanting to fight a kangaroo and Neviah trying to stop that from happening.

"Don't say that I didn't warn you," Neviah relented, letting go of Alice's wrist.

Alice followed the man's directions, towards the door of the closed in area.

Just before she walked in, she looked back to Neviah and smirked.

"I think I have this handled. Make sure to take pictures of me beating a kangaroo in a fight," Alice then stepped inside, closing the door behind her.

"Oh boy, Kai's going to be mad," Neviah sighed.

"Hey, kangaroo!" Alice called out from within the exhibit.

"You want some of this?! You want a piece of me?" she shouted, trying to taunt out the kangaroo.

"That's a bad idea, don't do that," Neviah commented.

From behind the tree, the kangaroo hopped out into the open space.

Alice visibly gulped. The kangaroo was as tall as she was, maybe taller.

"I thought kangaroos were smaller," she said.

She held up her fists as the kangaroo hopped towards her.

The kangaroo took it's claws and jabbed them towards Alice's way.

She ducked and rolled to the left, kicking out her feet into the kangaroo's side.

"Don't hurt the kangaroo that much! He's zoo property," the man hollered as the kangaroo fell to the ground.

"Wait a second here...how am I supposed to win if I can't hurt the kangar-" Alice started. As she was looking elsewhere, the kangaroo hopped upright, right behind Alice, and kicked her in the back.

"OOF!" Alice groaned as she smacked against the glass.

Neviah was at the front of the crowd, smirking towards Alice that she was right.

"Oh shut it," Alice narrowed her eyes in her direction as she peeled herself from the glass wall. She turned towards the kangaroo, ready for a fight.

"All right, kangaroo. Round three. I ain't going down that easy this time," Alice hissed.

She spotted the big heavy playing ball tied with a rope and hanging from the tree.

"Hey, what's that?" she pointed in a random direction, hoping that that trick would work on the animal.

She tried to sneak past the kangaroo in a run, but the kangaroo kicked the girl in the side, pushing her into the opposite side of the exhibit's wall. That wall was rock.

"Ow..." Alice breathed out, both her sides screaming in pain.

Alice was sure that Neviah was screaming at her to get out of there, but as the glass was sound proof, she didn't know.

One thing's for sure, Alice made a commitment to doing this. She'll finish this.

Alice ran to the tree and climbed it.

"What in Ninjago is she up to?" Neviah asked aloud as she watched Alice untie the the rope from the tree and the ball.

Alice made a lasso from the rope and twriled it around her head, then started showing off with it. She jumped through it like a jump rope and twirled it around her waist.

Neviah facepalmed and shook her head.

Showing off runs in the family, I guess?

Alice threw the rope towards the kangaroo and tightened it around it's arms and chest.

She brought the animal towards the tree and tied the rope around the animal around the trunk of the tree.

"Not so tough now, are you?" Alice taunted, standing in front of the kangaroo with her hands on her hips.

The kangaroo leaned back against the tree, raised up it's legs, and kicked as hard as it could.

"And.....that did it," Alice gasped, holding her stomach/chest area and collapsing on the ground.

"Hey, we're back," Alice called into the monastery.

"How was the trip?" Jay asked in curiosity.

"......Fine. It was fine," Alice waved off.

"Just 'fine'?" he asked.

"It was great! We saw these really cool animals and I took pictures of them all! Want to see?" Neviah jumped in.

"Ooh! I wanna see!" Jay exclaimed.

Neviah bounded over there and started to show Jay pictures that she took.

"Wait, hold up. What's this?" Jay leaned closer to Neviah's camera for a closer look.

Alice had a feeling that she knew what the picture was, so she started to silently creep out of the room.

"Alice, get back here!" Jay shouted after her as she ran away from the room, and towards her own.

Hope you liked it. I planned to put more Neviah than what it ended up with. Neviah is your OC though, so that might be why.
