growls emit from out side, hundreds of growls. Running to the window I see hundreds of wolves stand-in out side, all ready to fight. Four alphas stand, one of them Xander, another I don't know of who looks to be with us. And two more in which I don't know. One of the alphas jump at Xander and a full on war begins.
This war has begun.
I have no idea what to do, Xander said stay put, but I need to get Diana. I can't connect to Xander while he's fighting, he blocked me out. I can't connect to any of the pack. Running outside of the office and down the stairs the noises just louder. Every bark, yell, growl, and thud pounds my ears to the point of pain. What's going on with me?
It hurts to walk still, but I have to get somewhere else. The sounds just draw me outside into the fights, I shouldn't be here. Standing and watching everything, not paying attention to myself as everyone fights. Blood covers the ground and fur is being torn, wolves lie on the ground defeated, weak, or dead. I spot Xander and mark burns, surging through me as I watch him. Everything dulls out as I watch Xander fight wolf after wolf trying to get to him, each one of them ending up dead.
"Xander." Words barley come out of my mouth as wolves fight, the sounds pound my head as wolves slowly see me. Many from our own pack know I'm here and protect me as I zone out on everything. Something takes a hold of me as wolves jump and lunge at me, our pack protecting me at all costs as I stand in a line of fire.
My mind fogs as I stare, Dianas voice rings through my head telling me to get out of here, to go to our house and wait for her, but I can't. I won't. I am not leaving m pack, our pack, here just to fight and die. Im drawn words the field, my legs moving without a thought as I watch Xander, moving to Henry, soon towards every wolf here.
I can't leave his place. I can't. I won't. I physically won't. Thy wolves circling around me, some trying to attack others fighting them off for me I walk into the fighting. Xander spots me at growls running towards me at full speed even though I keep going, I have no idea what I'm doing or why, but something keeps me going.
Xander barks and chases after me, not taking much to reach me, him and Henry start fighting off more wolves.
-Maze what the fuck are you doing, get inside! I told you to stay!-
-I don't know....I don't know what's going on Xander. I can't stop.-
Xander looks at me and growls, some wolves come up to me and start forcing me back, pushing and biting at me, their only listening to Xander.
Something sparks in me, literally. Thunder cracks down in the sky and I sink to my knees, everything stops in slow motion. Tears burst through me at the sudden pain in my head as I watch the blood shed and horror, wolves lying dead on the ground and hundreds fighting. Watching Xander kill wolf after wolf, an Alpha soon lays on the ground.
Xander runs to me with sheer rage as I cry, watching everything in slow motion, I cradle myself and my fists hit the ground, sending a thud throughout the ground, everything stops. The wolves drop and the fighting quiets. Everything sleeps, the sound stop but my ears are sent ringing.
The only thing moving is Xander and I, me hyperventilating and Xander looking around, guarding me as he watches everyone. My hands shake as I look at them. Sudden crests spear, almost scorched into my skin, burned into me yet they don't hurt.
"What's happening?" Xander turns to me and steps back, staring at me as look up and shake. "X-Xander?" He comes out of a daze and growls, looking above me before stepping and helping me up with his snout, hooking my arm around it and pulling me up, I lean into him, his fur surrounding me as I lay, just like everyone else.
-Maze we need to get you out of here, it's not safe for you.-
"I-I know. D-Diana....where's...."
"I'm right here hon, oh my stars...we need to get you up there right now. Xander, I'll make sure things get normal again, wolves will start waking up soon after we leave."
He licks my cheek before Diana takes me, along with another person who shows up, "she just changed, we need to get her up."
"I'll do it." The Guy does something with his hands and Diana walks me through a dark spot to bring me into a very bright room, somewhere completely different from where we were.
And there I collapse.

Shorter chapter but an important one, I'll explain more in the next one when ever I lost that one, there's a lot goin on in my life so I really don't know when updates will be, but they will still be on Thursday's, just random Thursday's....
