Ok, so this is basically a rant on school, and only the school itself, not the people there because we already know how moronic 3/4 of the population of any school is.
Useless BS I learned in school
1: Mitochondria is the power house of the cell
2: Lava is called magma when under ground
3: How to open a word document (not useless, but I'm sure everyone can do this)
4: Plants are green because of chlorophyll
Stuff I need to now so I can live successfully that school didn't teach me
1: How to pay Taxes
2: How to pay mortgage
3: How to pay rent
4: How to handle money
5: What to do when in debt
6: How insurance works
Seriously, who gives a damn about what is going on in a leaf or what lava is called under ground? I get some kids might wanna be scientists, but why would they need to know why plants are green?
School is NOT about learning, it's about passing. We go just to get good grades and forget the useless stuff they taught us before.
It doesn't create rulers, it creates employees, students with college debt, and depressed individuals.
