Ok, Idk if y'all already know this, but I am a Vexiologist. I study flags and read about what they symbolize. I also study the designs and colors on flags. Sounda boring when I put it that way now that I think of it.
Anyway, here a the stupidest country flag designs in the world.
Note: Even if their flags are bad, they probably aren't a bad country. And all of these are just my opinion, so think however you want.

5: Belize

So, the number 1 thing everyone has to know when designing a flag, is NEVER put an official seal on your flag. It makes your flag look lazy and annoying to look at. Now, the colors on the flag is nice, but again the official seal is terrible.

4: Chad

Ok. Here is the flag of Chad and Romania side by side.

See the problem here?
There's hardly no difference except Chad's flag has a slightly darker contrast.

3: Monaco

So here we have the Monaco, Singapore, Poland, and Indonesian flags. Now the Polish and Singapore flags are fine, the problem is the Indonesian and Monaco Flags. The only difference in the flags  are the ratio of each flag and the darker resolution on the red part on the Monaco flag. However, both Monaco and Indonesia are good countries. In fact Monaco is a quite wealthy country for how small it is in Europe.

2: U.S Flags
Now, I don't mean the actual American Flag itself. What I really mean are the U.S state flags.

Now, some state flags are good designs. For example the Texas, Tennessee, South Carolina, Colorado, California, New Mexico, Arizona, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, Alaska, Indiana, Maryland, Rhode Island, North Carolina, Ohio, Louisiana, and Hawaii flags are pretty good designs, you can argue all you want for Mississippi having a Confederate Battle flag in their state flag, but atleast it's better than literally almost every other state flag design. Literally almost every state flag has a blue backround with a state seal in the middle. Now some got creative with their flags like Florida and Georgia who have a state seal in their flag, but without a boring backround. Florida's backround is a red cross symbolizing when Spain used to rule Florida, and Georgia's flag represents the Confederate States of America during the civil war, similar to how Alabama and Mississippi represent it this way.
But every other flag like Kentucky, Virginia, Oklahoma, Idaho, Wisconsin, Oregon, New York, New Hampshire, and worst flag of all Washington either have a blue, green, or white backround with a crappy state seal.

1: Ivory Coast (Cote D'Ivoire)
Ok, first of all. The country name itself is kinda bad, they could've thought of anything else and they pick Ivory Coast.
Like seriously, what are the people who live there called? Ivory Coastians? That sounds pretty weird.
Anyway, here is their flag.

Jesus, talk about not being creative. How dare you rip off the great nation of Ireland's flag
