This is the end... Sad, isn't it? I'm kinda feeling happy, but a little depressed. I think I'm gonna miss writing this story, but hey! We all gotta move on at some point so yeah.

Kris' P.O.V.

A few months later...

Everyone moved on, basically.

My brother, Asriel, took a break on his pursuit in science, and instead moved on to literature. He didn't want to see another labcoat for a while, after what had happen, writing seemed to be his healing process before he can strive towards his dream.

He wasn't going to give up, he said to me once. Emmy once said to him that he should follow his dream. So, he decided to take a break from it all instead of giving up fully.

My brother and I got scolded and punished a lot for what we tried to pull off. Asriel got the worst of it, but he just shook that off and said he deserved it. He even smiled as he took in on, I guess he learned that from Emmy.

David and Auburn were given a proper funeral. David's dust was still at the caved structure and was found with some struggle. Auburn's body was buried under the debris, but was found eventually.

In the funeral, I'd be lying if I said there weren't any tears involved. I cried, and so did Susie. She kept refusing that it was tears, but I could see through her well.

Mom and Dad are talking again, and trying to slowly re-kindle their realtionship.

My classmates kept on prying answers from Susie and I about what had happened, but I wouldn't budge, and neither did Susie.

Sans recovered after taking a very long nap, and lots of get-well-spaghetti from his brother. Well, at least that's how he worded it.

Ms. Alphys is still nervous around class, but she's a bit more firm. A lot more when Berdly's trying to pull off one of his "I know everything" remarks against her knowledge.

After some time, Alphys began dating Undyne. Nobody knew how, and neither did I. But I guess it's because of their love for ramen and anime.

Susie is still living with my family, and was given a room of her own, because Mom said that as the only girl, she should have a room of her own. We hang around a lot more since we live in the same roof, though I feel like there's a thick tension between us.

After the whole catastrophe, She admitted all her hatred towards her father, and all the loss she experienced with her mother.

As return, I admitted all the hatred I've been burrying inside as well. I could stranglely feel the concern seeping out of her, and that just made me smile brighter.

That was what happened the past few months.

As for today...

I was skipping school.

I just wanted to, I guess.

The classroom was getting a bit chaotic since Sans taught us again and took a nap in the middle of it. Ms. Alphys was with Undyne, on a date, from what I heard from my mother, my mom insisted that Ms. Alphys was to have a day off.

Truancy didn't bother as much as it did before. It wasn't a habit, more of an escape from my ruthless classmates.

Sighing heavily, I leaned back further into the solitary maple behind me, relaxing as the breeze came and stirred my hair.

Enjoying being alone for a bit longer. Since I knew that this wouldn't last long as she would surely come at any-

"Squirt." Susie approached me gently, finally finding me after I had ran away from her. "Looks like I found you."
