Welp...
Welp :)

"Gah!" Susie groaned in frustration. "How are you so friggin' good at this?!" She slammed the game controller down onto the carpet, ruffling her hair.
Kris smiled and lightly chuckled, "C'mon, I've had lots of practice. You can't beat me that easily."
"Yeah, yeah." Susie rolled her eyes, well- if it was visible, at least. "Well, I'm going to beat ya next round!"
Kris raised his brow and turned to the screen as the game started again. "You seem very determined."
Susie's gaze was set on the screen. She moved her hands around frantically as if that was going to help her finally win, "And you seem not-so-deter- uhhh, what you said." Her mind and practically her soul was poured out into trying to beat Kris.
Kris chuckled sadly, lightly, "It's just-- I don't know." He ruffled his hair, one hand still handling the controller, "Ever since a few days ago, I feel like something's taken from me. I-I don't know what. I just feel drained." Kris solemly said, without any effort pressing the buttons, "I feel peaceful." He said with worry.
Susie stuck her tongue out in focus, not sparing even a glance, "What's wrong with being peaceful? I'd rather be that than worrying about my da- and yeah, that." She faltered a bit but still pushed through.
Kris sighed deeply and not-so-enthusiastically, mashed the buttons. His head leaned on one side and he came in contact with Susie's shoulder. Flinching at the sudden contact, she turned to look at Kris.
She was caught in a daze of some sort. Then, before she knew it, she lost the game.
"Gah! Why?!" She shoved Kris, "Stop distracting me, ya dork." She grinned playfully.
Kris just lifelessly fell to the carpet. Narrowing her eyes, she sighed and scooped up Kris, cradling him in her arms, "Nerd, what's going on with you?"
Kris just cuddled closer into Susie's arms and stayed still. Susie blushed from the sudden intimacy but gave into it anyway. Like could she really resist this? I think not.
"Asriel wants us to come again." Kris mumbled, "But I have a bad feeling about this."
Growling, Susie shook her head multiple times, "Then we're not going. Simple."
"But he said this was the last one he was doing." Kris said as he looked up, and stepped out of Susie's hold. Still blushing profusely, she answered, "You're really going to believe him?" She raised her brow.
Kris turned to Susie with a look of ferocity in his eyes. She saw the crimson glint of his eyes. "Yes, I believe him. He's my brother. He cared for me, believed in me, so I'll do the same for him." He said in a voice that was somewhat devoid of youth, it was rasp and deep, but somehow, still Kris.
Gulping, Susie just stared at his figure that was just radiating of ferocity. "Okay, okay, I'm sorry." Susie held out her hands in defeat.
"But the thing is..." Kris continued.
Lifting her head to meet Kris' gaze, she listened. "What?"
"He doesn't want us, exactly. He wants you this time." He turned and sighed, "I wanted to ask you this one thing, for my brother. He's been working so hard on this, and I don't want it to go to waste." Kris went to Susie and grasped her shoulders, "Please." He said in whisper.
She was a bit conflicted and confused and why he would still want to help his brother, but how the hell was she going to understand this? It's not like she had any siblings, but there was that knawing feeling that something was going to go wrong. Like there was something ready to strike. Trapped in glass, or some sort of dungeon.
