I plopped onto the dusty old bed. I could swear this is gonna break on of these days. The wood is so old. My room was a disaster. There was a hole in the door, not my fault, more holes on the wall, completely my fault, and clothes scattered here and there.

I wonder if Michael is home. Its oddly quite. I sat up and ended up wandering in the fridge looking for food.

"God when was the last time they got groceries?" I groaned looking at the empty fridge. I sighed and got my skateboard. Now I got to spend more money on them.

I dashed outside wanting to get to the store quickly. Letting the fresh cool night air hit my face. This is nice....

I walked up to the cashier with a basket of the foods I bought. He looked bored and had a small beard growing on his chin. His name tag reading Keith. I placed the items on the slider thingy whatever it's called.

He slowly scanned everything, "56.80" he said awkwardly. I shoved the money out of my pocket and give him a 60. He once again counted the dollars slowly until he said, "want the change?". I rolled my eyes and nodded my head. He did the same and handed me the receipt and change, his chetto puff stains got on my bag.

Sometimes you can choose to not be a dick.

I faked smiled and took the bag finally leaving.

Do I really want to crash at my house? Or should I stay with Jaeden? Or Sabrina.
Probably Jaeden. We havent talked in a bit. But I havent been home for a bit. Nah screw it. My mother will never remeber me, and as for Michael.....hes a piece of shit.

I texted Jaeden and headed to my house first to drop of the groceries. Amazingly, although my mom has her condition, she can still cook. Thank god for that since she would've probably starved to death if she couldnt  because Michael would forget to feed her.

30 minutes later.

I opened the fridge placing all of the items in their place. I sighed putting the last item in its place, tired from today. Everything was so unexpected. I literally just met my enemy, "flirted" and fought with him, went to his house, and made a godamn peace treaty with him because our enemy is supposedly stronger and has more numbers than just one of our gang.

"Look who finally came home." A voice exlaimed madly. I roller my eyes and turned around, as I already sensed his presence. "I got groceries. No need to thank me-" I said sarcastically and walked past hi. He immediately grabbed my wrist with a strong grip.

"You little bitch! You abandon us and act like this? What have you been up to? I'm working my ass of for you two and all you do is slack of being a whore with your stupid friends."

Oh yeah. Forgot to tell him that his daughter is the leader of the Blood Pack gang. Oops.

"Dont call me a whore or a bitch or call my friends stupid." And with that I yanked my hand back and marched out slamming the door. I dashed off skating in the direction of Jaedens house which wasnt too far.

I was so angry to the fact the he believes I'm useless. I'm not Sakura.

( if you get that reference, comment below😅)

I worked my ass off so I could pay rent and take care of my true family. Some of them dont even have homes to go to anymore. And that little shit is never home, I'm suprised he was there to begin with.

I finally heard and felt my phone buzz for a notification which was probably Jaeden. He could never refuse because I always just show up. I skated faster knowing his house was just around the corner.

His house was finally in plain view as I slightly smiled to myself seeing the boy sitting on his porch smoking a cigarette. Although I was glad to see my best friend I was also angry that he was smoking, again.

I cruised to his house finally stopping and speed walking to him. His eyes widened as he tried inhaling more of the cigarette before I could get to him. I slapped his hand as he took his last inhale.

"Ow! Sades! Your not my mom!" He yelled upset that his cigarette fell to the ground and ended it with a stomp of my foot.

"I dont need to be your mother to care about you, you little shit."

(Nice friendly reminder to not smoke! I already have people in my life that already had smoking ruining their life! Please be careful. And dont do drugs kids. :)

I rolled my eyes and walked inside going to his fridge, "of course you would." Jaeden said as he strolled in behind me.
"Oh shut up." I said and grabbed coffee from the fridge, walking to his room then.

We both plopped down on his beds, it was quite, I wasnt even thinking. "Your parents?" He said suddenly. I nodded and took a sip from the bottle.

I felt his hand travel to mine, linking his hand while staring at the ceiling. He was one of the few people that knew my family situation/ family affairs. He would always comfort me with a guy or holding my hand. And I always felt like I would cry but I couldnt.

I linked mine to his and we both sighed looking up at the ceiling in utter quiet.

"Do you think we'll be okay...do you think he is okay...?" I asked quietly. His grip tightened, "Hes strong, he'll be okay." He replied.

"Okay."
