hey all rushed through the warehouse in hope of making to the meeting in time. Members of both gangs were all scattered around, having pizza, or drinking. No sign of Sadie, Finn mentally took note as he and the others rushed to the stage. "Finally!" Jaeden called out annoyed with a drunk Sabrina tailing behind. "W-wheres Sadie?" Wyatt asked. Jaeden looked around as if trying to remeber, "oh! Shes at the shooting range in the lower level." Jaeden replied calmly as the others panicked.
"Shit." Jack muttered under his breath. Lucas led them all to the shooting range in the lowest level that was underground. As they approached they all saw the alpha leader shooting a target right in the head, a bullseye. "Um I'm gonna leave it you guys to talk" Wyatt said and grabbed Jack, Lucas, and Caleb back upstairs.
Finn glared at all the boys, tch..cowards. He carefully approached the girl. Grabbing a gun at the station next to her and aiming for his target. "Your late." She growled under her breath. "Yup well sorry about that..we um...had a party last night cause of the information jack and Maddie found...and let's say we all got a little too drunk."
She rolled her eyes in annoyance. He shot a fire and only got the shoulder of the practice target. "You know your supposed to hit the head right?" She scoffed at the boy. "Uh you see the parts beside the head? I'm aiming for those." He replied. "Hah. Sure." She said and fired more shots at the head until her mag was empty. Finn also took note how at ease she seemed during the pistol she had in her hand. "Here let me refill it for you." He offered, clearly trying to get in her good grace.
"When was your first time shooting a gun?" The red haired girl randomly asked, clearly still angry but bored. "Hm..well it was actually not that long ago, 3 years ago maybe?"
"Are you serious?" She laughed. "Hah, well if you met my parents you would know why." He mustered under his breath. "Well I first shot one when i was 10, dad made me shoot a rabbit. I was pretty sad about it...I was a fan of thumper, she added and continued, Probably thought it would make me stronger." The boy looked ar the girl while filling in the rounds, seeing her ocean eyes looked drained and emotionless when speaking of her father. "Your dad really is somsthing." He joked hoping she wouldnt get mad or take it the wrong way.
"Sure...i guess he was capable of love at some point with my mother...but I hardly remeber that." He handed her the gun but she refused, "you shoot." "Uh yeah sure." He said awkwardly and aimed at the target again. "Just point and shoot." She advised. The raven haired boy only looked at her saying, well no shit sherlock. She raised her hands acting innocent. He rolled his eyes playfully and licked his lips for a quick second before looking away from her and adjusting his aim at the target, "I dont think my parents ever loved each other." He mumbled under his breath.
"Well they must've married for some reason no?" Sadie said and sat down in a chair next to him. "My mom was young..my dad was older, he said and squinted his eye to focus on the target before continuing, but he had a cushy job, money, came from a nice and wealthy family. So they bought a nice house from the end of the cul-de-sac...and started their nuclear family." He said quietly at the end of his sentence. "Tch. Screw that." Sadie protested.
"Yeah...screw that." He growled and finally let his finger squeeze the trigger, and fired the shot. It went in bullseye. Sadie smirked at the boy, and he looked back at her, with a big toothy grin, as if saying I did it! But also saying,I'm trying to hide the fact that im not okay. She decided to just smile with him, instead of questioning that half heartedly smile on his face that she knew all too well. "Dont think I forgot about that little stunt you pulled earlier." She said sternly. "Yeah yeah whatever...stop nagging me." He dared to say.
She shoved him, half angrily, and half jokingly, with a grin on her face. Meanwhile finn had butterflies all over his body, she touched him on his chest when pushing him and lingered her hands there for a couple seconds. She placed her hands down and without thinking, the boy quickly grabbed her hand and held it to his chest, almost as if he didnt want her to leave him. Compelty caught off guard, her face went red at his sudden grab and the fact that he was holding her hand. His face quickly flushed and panick spread in his eyes. "Uh..finn?" Sadie asked, covering her face with her other hand and looking at their hands. "Oh! I-I um...sorry I thought I uhm...saw like a bug on your arm?" He lied.
He then realised her was still holding her hand and quickly let go and swatted it away. Sadie didnt let him see her face and quickly walked upstairs. "I'll uh...see you in a bit I just...have to go to the bathroom!" Shs lied and ran up the stairs as quick as possible. "Oh my god- stupid stupid!" He yelled at himself and squatted down while covering his face. But neither of them noticed that another person was in the room that saw everything. And Timothee couldnt help but smirk at the two flustered leaders.
Hey guys sorry for the late update again! I'm so busy lately. But anyways I hope you enjoyed this chapter, it was a little Nancy and jonathan scene from season one!
