"It'll be fun!" Allen assured Martha as they stepped onto the train. "I brought food and I downloaded some Christmas movies onto my tablet."

"I'm a bit bored of Christmas films," Martha said. "Do you have any others?"

"I have Star Wars," Allen said.

"Is that all?" Martha asked, not particularly fond of Star Wars.

"I'm afraid so," Allen said.

Allen let Martha have the window seat and sat down next to her. While Martha looked through her bag for her jumper, Allen rested his arm across her shoulders.

"You're off to a bold start," Martha said.

"I missed you," Allen said and kissed Martha's cheek. "A lot."

"Didn't you have a good Christmas?" Martha asked him.

"Not really," Allen mumbled. "I love my family but they're exhausting. My brother and sister wouldn't stop fighting. I miss not being a babysitter."

"Well I hope I'm fun enough to make up for it," Martha said.

"You most certainly are," Allen said. "You make everything better."

Allen set his tablet up and started the movie while Martha made herself comfortable on his arm.

Teddy woke up in Dominic's embrace. "Morning," Dominic said and rubbed Teddy's arm. Teddy hugged Dominic and nestled his head in Dominic's shoulder.

"Have you been awake long?" Teddy asked sleepily.

"Only like twenty minutes," Dominic said. "I didn't want to wake you."

"Can you promise me something?" Teddy asked as he drew circles on Dom's chest.

"Of course," Dominic said.

"Promise me you won't talk about this to anyone," Teddy asked. "It'll make a scandal at school if people find out we slept together an hour after I broke up with my boyfriend. They'll think I cheated on him and broke up with him out of guilt."

"You're saying you want to keep us a secret until everything blows over?" Dominic asked.

"Yeah," Teddy said. "Just a few weeks. Then I'll kiss you openly in the corridors." Teddy leaned up and kissed Dominic. Dominic rolled Teddy over onto his back and pinned him down, kissing him deeply.

"Is anything planned for today?" Nolan asked Maggie as they walked up the stairs to Malfoy Manor.

"Not that I know of, why?" Maggie asked.

"I have some ideas about Martha's journal," Nolan said. "I think it might have some French flare in the wording."

"Martha speaks French pretty fluently, so does Mr. Malfoy I'm pretty sure, we can ask them," Maggie said.

"Martha! Nolan!" Someone called from the path. It was Adrian.

"Hey Adrian," Maggie greeted him. "How was your Christmas?"

"It was alright," Adrian said. "A bit uneventful. I wish Teddy would've come with me. I missed him a lot. How about you guys?"

"It was the best," Maggie said. "Nolan had his first vegetarian Christmas dinner."

"How was it?" Adrian asked Nolan.

"It was good," Nolan said. "Different, but good."

The three went inside and separated.

"When we get a flat next summer," Maggie said to Nolan after they were inside and alone. "Are you going to become a vegetarian like me?"
