Chapter 12

Remus's dream-thing
Tw: bad dream
Everything was black. I look around to see a little light shining in the distance. I ran towards the light hoping to see Deceit. All i need right now is a hug from him. Once I reached the light I was in the light side's living room. I must have been in the hallway. welp. Lets go see roman.we had monthy brother time, so I guess I could go visit him. I walked to roman's door and barged in. It looked like he was doing work. He looked up from his desk looking straight at me. When he saw it was me standing there he sighed and glared. His look looked like he could kill me in a second.
"What do you want you pathetic thing." i looked at him with wide eyes. I quickly close the door running down the hall to the light sides living room wanting to go to my room. I heard patton call the other sides walking out the kitchen. As soon as he saw me he screamed and ran back in the kitchen. He's scared of me. Why is he scared of me.
I ran down the connection hallway to try find deceit. When i got into the dark sides living room, it seemed different. It was darker than usual. It was too dark, but I saw deceit standing in front of me facing the othe way.

I jumped onto him hugging the life out of him. "Dee im so glad to see you." as i said that I felt his hands push me off his back. Not gently. Not like friends. Like he was angry. I fell to the ground on the verge of tears. "What do YOU want you octopus monster? Why are you here? nobody wants you here! "

Back in the real world ~3rd person.

"Deceit you need to sleep. You've been awake for 3 days!" logan said as deceit was sitting on the sofa which Remus was still unconscious on. Deceit sitting on one end with remuss feet on his lap. It has been 4 days since the Christmas dinner fiasco and remus was still unconscious. Deceit only found out about remus when roman came to get him.

~Flashback~

Deceit woke up against the door of his bathroom. Looking confused, he slowly got up, leaning against the sinks counter. 'Well crap' he thought . When he  looked in the mirror he didn't only see my shedded scales but dried blood as well. He must have scratched a scale or two off before going to sleep. He filled the sink with walm water and started to try get the dried blood of his face. He then hear a faint knock at his bedroom door. He quickly dried his face and walked out the bathroom to the other door, getting Sir Slithers-a-lot and putting him on his shoulders. Thinking it would be remus he opened the door smiling. His face dropped as soon as he saw who it was. Deceit face turned into fear, he slammed the door and slid down it, Back sliding down the yellow door.
"DECEIT!" Roman yelled though the door.

"GET AWAY FROM ME!" Deceit screaming at Roman.
"Deceit. Look. Im so sorry for making you uncomfortable at dinner. I just wanted to know what you were hiding? I.. I dont know but its not about me right now its about r-" as soon as he said the 'R' from remus, deceit slammed the door open and said "What didnt you do to him." He spoke like nothing else was important anymore. His eyes glowing bright yellow as he spoke,a fright and anger filled his face. Roman stumbled back a bit tears still on his face. Deceits eyes widened as he saw romans tear stained face." he.. He c-called me C-creativity t-two again. I-im scared of what h-happened. H-" deceit cut him off "where isnt- No deceit breath."he took a deep breath and continued." you can explain what happened later. Where and, more inportantly, How is he." deceit looked pleading into romans eyes like he had more to say but stopped himself. "he's in our living room.. He's unconscious.. He hit himself o-over the h-head with-" Roman was once again cutoff by deceit as he quickly sunk out to the living room of the light sides.

~End of flashback~ Deceit's P.o.v~

"I cant sleep, logan. He could wake up. He could.. He.." I said taking a deep breath trying to block out all the thoughts about something happening to him. I look at logan straight in the eye with a stern look. "Something could happen and I need to be here. I am NOT going to sleep."
I saw a glint of fear in his eyes before it turned back to his normal, emotionless self. I looked back at Remus pleading for him to wake up. Tears started to swell in my eyes. "please Ree.. I need you.."
