Chapter 22

Remus's P.o.V

I woke up suddenly barely breathing and thoughts racing through my head. I sat up slowly catching my breath remembering I was in Deceits bed and looked over at him. Good, he's still asleep. I slowly got off the bed and walked out the room waving to Sir Slithers-a-lot on the way. Once I shut the door, I ran to my room again quietly shutting the door again.

"Right. Let's try this again..." I spoke quietly to myself. I began floating thinking of deceit but before I go any further, I grab onto my draws get a black top and green shorts out as well as a stick of deodorant and a pair of yellow headphones which I may or may not have stolen from deceit. I let go floating to the ceiling slowly, laughing a bit as I go. Before I got to the ceiling, I got two of my tentacles out from the top of my back and stuck them to the ceiling with me settling onto them, changing into my clothes and throwing the others onto the floor.

I stuck my headphones on and began music, blocking out a lot of the thoughts in my head. After a few songs, I began singing quietly to the song "That's just something people say, when there on there last leg when they need someone to say something to help them cope. Or someone to say something hopeful I hope you're okay..." I sang thinking if Dee has lied like that to me. I continue "that's just something people say. And if meant every word, that I've ever said you would probably question the life I have led. You'd probably think I'm an evil, broken person... and you would be right..." I liked the song because it related to me, as you can see from the last few lyrics.

I took a bite of deodorant and just stared at the ceiling continuing to eat the deodorant. I might not like to be horrible to Thomas but its not hurting him. It tastes nice any way. After another few songs had passed, another song came on but it made me smile. My favourite song because it always made me laugh. It was 'The Masochism Tango'. I got out of my hammock of tentacles and started to dance and sing upside down on the ceiling, smiling and chuckling more than ever. Staying upright on the ceiling with my tentacles, the song stopped, and I was standing with one of my arms in the air and one on my hips as my legs were apart.

I dropped the position and let my tentacles hold me up in mid-air as I laughed. Sadly, that was the end of the playlist, so I took off my headphones and heard clapping. Why did I hear clapping? I quickly look around the room to find a wild Deceit, snake and brother lying on my bed. I quickly hide my tentacles and fall to the floor forgetting to float again. "owe" I said rubbing my butt trying to ask them something "What are...Why are you...were you...?" but I couldn't finish my sentences. I got flustered and looked up at him with a confused look pushing back all the thoughts that came to mind.

"Take your time" they said snickering. I paused for a second then pointed towards him. "WHY!?" I shouted confusingly with an almost voice crack.

"Well I, for one, wanted to see if last night was real and not just a dream. I have no clue why this guy is hear." He said pointing at the red guy laughing his ass off.

"I-ha-ha- I wanted to speak with my other half! But that was better than what I was here for!" he spoke laughing. "I loved that pose you did at the end. It gave lover boy overhear a nice view of your ass" He laughed even more as I was a blushing mess and Dee was covering his face with slithers hissing in his ears.

"Go away!" I shouted jokingly. "Deceit, yes, yesterday gladly did happen. and I love you and don't ever speak about this ever again or I'll give you some horrible thought of some sorts, now out. My bro and I have like something important to talk about because he's like never that quiet about something he needed to talk about. So, love you but OUT" I said pointing to the door "Bye Sir slithers-a-lot I love you more than that snake man~" I cooed as I shoved them out. The last thing I heard was a "HEY" then a few laughs from the other side of the door. "So, What do you need my business for..."
