After sorting out the bodyguards, Kaine decided to move into his own mansion. He felt that things would be easier to do if he was alone... also, if anything were to happen, it would be safer for his family.

"You want to move on your own?" Kaine's father, Alfred frowned.

"Yes. I'm already an adult, the mansion that grandpa gifted me is still empty. I want to try to work things by myself."

"Hmm, well... it is your choice." Alfred sighed, he knew that his son was growing.

"Dear!" Mother Hegna objected.

"Mother, I could do things on my own. Soon or later I'll need to know how to spread my own wings. I'll be sure to visit you a lot." Kaine hugged his mother.

"Make sure to tell us when you need anything, we're still family." Hegna told Kaine worriedly.

"Yes, I know."

"Your siblings will surely miss you. Did you pack everything?" Hegna looked at his son.

"Yes. I'll be going then." Kaine waved and left.

Truthfully, Kaine's mansion is not that far from his home. It was at least 40 minutes drive, he had never thought about moving in that mansion. The mansion was big and beautiful but Kaine thought it was too big for himself. The mansion wasn't actually empty, Kaine put things or two inside the place so he could actually call this place his home.

Inside, he had a lot of paintings, and even a music room because Kaine excel in both art and music. When they arrived, he told to the bodyguards, "This will be your new home."

"Hey! Nice mansion you got there, boss!" Cruz whistles.

"You shouldn't speak to the master that way!" Trevor spoke to Cruz as Zack glared at the man.

"No need to worry!" Kaine laughs. "I actually preferred you all being this way." [At least this way, I can feel like I'm not alone.]

They talked and joked until they went inside. The place was a bit fancy, but was still clean as there were servants that came weekly to clean the place. When they were about to settle, they heard Logan asked Kaine, "Boss, how'd you learn the martial art?"

Hearing the question, Cruz was also curious, "Yeah! How were you able to beat me so easily?"

"Hmm? I may look weak, but grandpa would always train me when I come to him since I was little. He would even make me fight with wild animals!" Kaine gnashed his teeth and frowned as he remembered the day. "I was only able to beat you because you underestimated me at that time, no big deals. You see, I've actually given up on fighting long ago..."

Josh, hearing the conversation couldn't help but butt in, "Did you buy those paintings?"

"They're made by me." Kaine answered.

"Looks like you have a lot of talent, boss!" Lagan spoke.

"You will too."

"Huh?" Before Logan could finish, Kaine spoke again, "I'll send you to my friend to learn about stuff."

[I'll also see your loyalty.] Kaine spoke in his mind.

"What? Me?" Logan looked at Kaine.

"You should follow the master's order." Zack told Logan, after all, they were warned by the old master.

"Y-yes master! I won't disappoint you!" Logan bowed towards Kaine.

"Get yourself ready by tomorrow, he'll come and pick you. The rest of the bodyguards will also get assignments, I'll make you all the best subordinates worthy of being my bodyguard." Kaine smiled grimly, he hoped to make them even better so at least, they won't have to die easily or even better... not dying at all.
