Christmas
Chan's POV
It's been great spending Christmas with my family. I can't remember the last time we were all together.
Unlike most of the boys, I've stayed in contact with my family. It's nice to know that they'll be by my side when I need them. I wish the boys felt that way.
It must be hard for Jia too. She has no one but us now. That's why Felix stayed with her for Christmas. Otherwise, he would have come with me to see his family.
I'm on my way home to spend the rest of the winter with the pack. I'm letting them have a break from training until it starts to warm up. It's been a freezing winter so far, and I don't want them getting sick.
I'm almost to the house when I start to smell sugar cookies. How in the world are there still cookies left? The younger boys usually eat them all within the first five minutes of them being out of the oven. I run to the house to see if I can grab one before they're all devoured.
I quietly open the door, hoping that they won't notice I'm back. I lay my bags next to the TV since no one was in the living room. I can see all of them crowded around the oven, waiting for the cookies to be done baking.
I slowly walk up behind them. I lean forward, towards Jisung's ear. "There better be some for me." All of them jump in shock. Some of them, specifically Jeongin, scream out of fear. I burst out laughing. "You should have seen your faces."
Jisung looks like he's about to kill me. "That's not funny! I could've had a heart attack!" We all end up laughing in the end. Just then, the timer goes off. Cookies!
There are eighteen sugar cookies, so we each took two and went to the living room to enjoy them. "So, how was your Christmas?" The others all start talking about the things they did, the foods they ate, and the gifts they got.
"Oh, that reminds me, I brought something back." I walk over to my bags and grab the one I need. I pull out three wrapped boxes. "Felix, these are from your family. One's from your parents, and the other two are from your sisters. They hope you had a good Christmas."
Felix opens his presents from his family. He got a few shirts from his mom and dad, a new pair of athletic shoes from his older sister, and an album from his younger sister. There was a smile on his face the entire time.
I hand the rest of the bag to Jia. She looks up at me, confused. "My sister had some clothes that she didn't want anymore. She said you can have them."
"Thank you, Chan." She gives me a big smile and runs up to her room with the bag. She has an adorable smile. It adds on to her beauty. Wait, what am I saying? Don't get attached Chan; you'll only get hurt.
Jia's POV
Christmas with the boys was great. We didn't have to train since it was so cold outside. We spent most of our time in the house, messing around with each other.
There were a few times that we went outside. We changed to our wolf forms and ran through the pack's territory. It was beautiful: like a real winter wonderland.
It was weird while Chan was gone. He went to have Christmas with his family. I wish I could have had Christmas with Jinyoung and Yugyeom again, but the boys gave me the best time anyway.
I wasn't expecting Chan to come home with a gift for me. He gave me a big bag of clothes from his sister. Now I don't have to keep borrowing clothes from the boys.
I take the bag up to my room and throw it on my bed. I then go to the closet and pull out all of the clothes that the boys gave me. Maybe I should change into a new outfit. I'm sure there's a nice one in the bag.
I walk to the door and lean out into the hallway. "HYUNJIN!" He runs up the stairs really fast. He looks scared.
"What happened? What's wrong? Did you hurt yourself?" He looks at me like I'm a fragile baby.
I start laughing. "No, I want you to pick out an outfit for me." I pull him towards the bed and dump the clothes out of the bag.
"Why me? Why not, Felix?" Now he looks annoyed.
"Because you have the best style." I show him a big smile, hoping he won't stay mad.
"Fine, but you start cleaning this mess you have made." I look around that room. The boy's clothes are scattered everywhere.
I start making piles, trying to sort them by their owners. Felix's is the biggest. When I'm done, I'm left with seven mounds of clothes. It would be eight, but I never borrowed any of Chan's clothes. I'll tell the boys to come and get their things later.
"Here's a good outfit." I turn to look at Hyunjin. He's holding a large, light blue sweater with a white undershirt and black leggings. Then he finds a binny that's the same color as the sweater and a pair of uggs. "Is this what you wanted?"
"It's perfect. Thank you, Hyunjin." I smile at him again. This time he smiles back.
"I'll let you change." He leaves my room and goes back downstairs. I close the door behind him. I quickly change into the outfit Hyunjin picked for me. I throw the clothes I was wearing into the right piles and go to the living room to show the boys.
I walk in and sit on the couch next to Felix. All of the boys are staring at me, not saying a word. "What? Is my hair messed up?" I start to fix my hair.
"No, it's not that." Felix grabs my hands and puts them on my lap. "It's just, you look nice. I've never seen you look this nice." I look at each of the boys and notice that some of them are blushing. Now I'm blushing.
"Thanks again, Chan." I look over to where he is sitting.
"No problem." He gives me a small smile. Then his face starts to turn red too.
A/N: Honestly, this chapter was not necessary. I wanted it to make the time skip seem smaller because this was not the big time skip. It will be in the next chapter. Also, who would you ship Jia with? Just curious. I hope you guys had a good Christmas.
