Virgil looked at the note he had found in his grandmother's room as he was cleaning it out.

He had no idea what the hell sort of drugs she was on when she wrote this. He stuffed it in his pocket to see if some hidden message was in it.

He remembered she used to have him decode secret messages like this when he was a kid, but this was so much different. It was just a bunch of hoolihackf letters.

Virgil groaned and hit his head on the table in frustration.

Remus frowned from where he was moving boxes in and out of the house and went over to Virgil. "Spidey? You okay?" He rubbed Virgil's back comfortingly.

"Uh huh.." he mumbled, obviously lying.

Remus huffed and leaned close to Virgil's ear, "Oh come onnnn. You wouldn't lie to your daddy would youuu~?"

Virgil pushed Remus away. "Now's not the time to act like that Remus. My grandma just died and I'm trying to figure out what the hell this means."

Virgil showed the note to Remus. His eyes quickly scanned it. "Oh I know what this means!"

Virgil stared at him in astonishment. "I've been staring at that peice of paper for hours but you got it in only a few seconds?"

Remus nodded. "You're over thinking it love." He kissed Virgil's forehead then began to walk off.

"Wait! Tell me what it says!" Virgil sounded desperate. The notes from when he was younger always held some advice when he needed it.

He really needed advice from his grandma at the moment. He didn't know what to do without her.

Sure she was weird and sometimes he got a bit tired of her, but he needed her.

Remus glanced at him, then the note and shook his head "I'm sorry Baby, I can't." He opened the door then left to go organize the yard sale they were having to get rid of things.

As soon as the door closed Virgil bit his lip as it began to tremble. He felt tears slip down his cheeks and began to sob. "I-I need you G-Grandma! P-please.."

He curled in on himself and his his face in his knees.

He was officially alone.

He had no one.

Something was shining with the glint of metal in the bathroom.

Don't kill meeeeeeeee
Am I the only one crying? Please tell me I'm not-because I am the one who wrote this so I shouldn't be crying-. I'll reveal what the letter said once someone figures it out in the comments. Good luck! :)

Suffering. Saving. Complete chaos. And beautiful horrors. He couldn't settle, so he took them all. Slash, run, block. Slash, run, block. Tell me, is it over for him? Did he meet his match? He was now regretting running alone. He heard someone. Two voices. Now three. Four? Five! He looked back and smiled. He wasn't alone any longer.
