The kid stared at them with seemingly rabid eyes. He growled and sprang forward again.
He reached out for Remy. He got ready to move out of the way but at the last moment the kid swivelled around and tackled Remy's surprised partner.
"Remy I-" his partner grimaced and closed his eyes tightly as the kid bit his hand. He bit hard enough that it bled.
He kept digging his teeth into the skin and began to pull and rip his flesh. The man finally let loose a short yelp.
He let go of the gun in his hand just as Remy ran forward. The kid grabbed the gun and held it against the man's head.
"Move one step closer. I dare you." The kid's voice was low and raspy. As though it hadn't been used in a while.
Remy halted. "Kiddo, please put the gun down."
The kid responded angrily, "Even if I put the gun down I could rip his throat out with my teeth if I wanted to."
Remy did have to admit, his teeth looked inhumanly sharp. "Remy do your job right. Don't let your emotions take over." The man spoke sternly.
The kid huffed and grabbed the man's head. He smashed it against the floor which successfully knocked him out.
Remy grimaced he couldn't take his eyes off this kid he-
