Abandoned and welcomed

♠️Chapter 9♠️

'Everything's so dark Im in excruciating pain. Where am I?' Keith asked himself as he looked around. 'Wheres Lotor?'

He looked up to see five figures dressed in diffrent coloured armour. For some reason his body acting by itself.

He ran at them calling out. "Shiro!Allura!Pidge!Anyone please help me!I don't know what to do or what happened just please help!"Keith called out desperately.

What was he doing? Why was his body acting by itself? Who are those people? Did he know them? Were they the so called 'Voltron' that gad abandoned him?

Keith saw one of the figure's head turn quicker than light, its face was blurry. He couldn't see anything on their face. Yet somehow they looked familliar....

"Another galra huh?" The figure said disgust laced in his voice."Lance kill him."

The so called 'Lance' complied getting his gun ready to shoot.Keith's eyes were filled with betrayal and confusion.

When the blue armoured figure fired his shot Keith was hit in the arm, Keith didn't know what to do. So he just sat there speechless.

He still didn't have any control of his body. It just told him what to do. He curled up in a ball and cried unaware of the person behind him.

Someone had tapped his shoulder. He turned around to see another faceless figure but this time he knew who it was.

"Lotor?" His scratchy voice called out. Finally Lotor had come to save him. Desperate, he reached out to Lotor only to find himself panting on his bed with cold sweat dripping down his face.

"Kitten? Are you alright? You looked like you were having a nightmare." Keith's eyes met Lotor's concern filled ones.

"It... was just a bad dream." Keith says looking away. "Do you want to talk about it?" Lotor asked comfortingly.

Keith hesitaited for a second but eventualy gave in. "Sure."
He says quietly.

"You were there too." Keith said quietly. "You saved me." He looks up at Lotor with cherish.

"I really was scared, it just felt so...... real." Keith murmered softly.

"It didn't just feel real, Kitten it was real. I think some of your memories have been coming back to you." Lotor says.

"Wait, really? Does this mean im getting my memories back?!" Keith exclaims. "Maybe. Oh and have you taken a look at your arms yet?" Lotor says.

"Huh? What no-why would I-" Keith is cut off by a gasp. There were dark violet crystals embeded into his arms, black like vines keeping them in. It looked scary, yet so beautiful.

Keith would have inspected them more if he could, but before he could, a loud bang erupted from the door folowing with a shout.

"Kiiiiiitttttttteeeeeeenn!! This is your room riigghhtt??? Kiiiittteeeen?? Is Lotor in there?? Are you guys having a moment?" Keith knew exactly who it was.

Lotor's face was comepletely red. He rushed to the door to open it and scold whoever was outside. And the door opened revealing the person who Keith had knew it was. The one and only, Ezor.

"Ezor?!What the bloody hell?!" Lotor yelled flustered at her comment. "Ohhh so you were here, Lotor." She says teasingly. On her left was the big woman Keith saw with her before, but on her right was a stranger that Keith had never met.

Keith tilited his head at the stranger. "Oh, Kitten, I forgot! Meet Axca, she's one of my generals." Lotor says happily, gesturing to the stranger. The woman named Axca then bowed to Keith." I presume that this is our new Queen?" Lotor nods.

"Weeeeellll, sorry to enterupt but it's training time!" Ezor says grinning brightly.

"Training time?" Keith asks confused. "Oh weeellll your a royal now! You know, we can't have our royals dying on us now can we? No, we can't, thats why it was made a rule that all royals would need to learn how to fight!"

"Oh." Keith said nodding is head. "But then who's going to teach me?" He asks softly. "Me." Lotor says almost immeadiently. "It is tradition that a royal would be taught how to fight by either their lover or parent."

"Alright, then. Can we get started?" Keith asks with determination.

"Yup! You just need to change into your traning atire!" Ezor says as she hands Keith a bunch of neatly folded clothes seemingly out of nowhere and pushes Lotor out of the room.

"Wait! What! Ezor! What are you doing?! How dare you treat your King li-" those were the last words Lotor said before he was pushed out of the room.

"So, come on! Put it on!" Axca exclaims as Keith's face flushes a deep red. "W-what?! But I can't change with you guys here!"

"Why not?" Ezor asks tilting her head as Zethrid facepalms. "Well im a boy!" Keith exclsims. "Wait what?! Your a male?! Oh damm sorry about that! Its just you look really girly, and well you wore a dress to the-"

"He gets it, Ezor. Im sorry about her your majesty, we'll turn around." Zethrid says cutting Ezor off, turning around as Axca and an angry Ezor does the same.

"Im done, you can turn around now."

(Pretend keith doesn't look grumpy and ignore my shitty photoshop skills)

"Damm!You look good in the uniform! Its almost as if you were made for it!!" Ezor exclaims.

"Yeah you don't look half bad." Zethrid comments. "Y-you look, like a male... thats very wierd for me, i've only ever seen you in dresses.." Axca says stunned.

"O-oh, thanks for the compliments.." Keith says sheepishly as they then hear a groan from outside the room. "Ughhhhh, are you guys done yettt??" Lotor groaned.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah! We're done." Ezor exclaims opening the door for Lotor to come in.

"You just couldn't wait to see Kitten, huh?" Ezor asks but Lotor has no words, he is stunned just looking at Keith.

"H-hey Lotor, how do I look?." Keith asked "Absolutely splendid, so beautiful." Lotor says almost immeadiently.

"Sorry to interrupt, but its time to go.." Axca says. "O-oh right, lets go." Keith says as Lotir picks him up and they all walk to the traning room.
