Y/N's P.O.V.

My legs ache from the continuous standing and walking I did today. I stayed on my toes while the men stayed in their arse during the entire meeting. One pitch meeting after another, walking from one conference room to the negotiation room then to another conference room. The constant googly eyes I would get from the men whenever I placed my hands on the table and leaned forward to make a solid point, always did the trick to finalizing a deal. However it did always relieve a bit of tension in my calves from the long standing, but the excruciating pain on my toes was hard to ignore. Which is why I'm thankful for finally being home and in the comfort of my room with soft rugs to soothe my aching feet.

I plopped myself down on the bed for a brief moment to cool my body from the warm, therapeutic shower. I could hear my loved one shuffling in the closet, preparing himself for the night from this tiring day as well. He didn't have to be standing for the majority of the day, but I was able to see the stress behind the movements in his brows when one of the men decided to change the terms of our deal proposal. It would be then that I would jump in and ease the stress from him. Even now as he walked out from the closet rubbing the side of his neck, I could see the tension in his muscles, let alone the exhaustion. His weary body plopped down next to mine as we both stared at each other, each seeing our horrid tiredness from the day. Yet, his heavy shoulders slouching forward with his hooded eyes barely able to stay open, and large circles under his eyes, he still looked like the most handsome man I've ever seen.

I leaned forward to capture his lips before standing up and removing my robe to start settling down for bed. I winked at him as I tossed my robe on his head and began to remove the wet towel from my hair. I walked over to the shower once more to leave the towel to dry itself by hanging it on the rack. I could hear his laughter as I picked up my brush and walked out of the shower and walked to my mirror.

"Shall I inform them that you have finally gone crazy? I know a certain person would love to place you on the insanity floor."

"(Laughter dying down) They can't lock me up for being crazy in love. We're a team. Me and you. Together. In business and in marriage, you, my love, are an incredible asset to me. Having you by my side, we are unstoppable."

"(Y/N laughing warmingly) Together we can do it all. We have each other and no one can deny the magic me and you create. We really are a team."

I flipped my hair to my left side, brushing away any knots that may have formed from the hectic towel. I sat comfortably on the velvety seat in front of my mirror night dresser, settling into my night clothes that were laid out by the mirror. Grabbing my brush again, my head tilted down as my brush reached the back of my head to smooth out the strands of hair. A pair of eyes watched me, watching every single one of my movements. Those eyes followed the way my shoulders moved as I put the brush down and stretched my arms over my head. I looked at those eyes through the mirror, shivering under those intense emerald, arctic blue orbs. Such intensity, it felt I was being preyed upon that I wouldn't be able to hide away. Which made this all the more fun.

"You're welcome to take a photograph to continue your staring."

I noticed the craving in his eyes intensified. He moved to sit fully up, back no longer leaning against the bed frame.

"There's no need. Especially when I have the adoring image sitting right of me, teasing me for a laugh. Beckoning for further attention of mine with her innocent act."
