{Phoenix Wright}
Ugh... I'm not doing so well. Miles has got me cornered... "Have any last words Phoenix?" Miles asked with a big grin on his face. His grin showed a lot of success. "I..." I started not knowing what to really say... till I remembered the scared man, "I want Mr.Gomez to have a word in this trial, he might have at least something to say. Like you said Officer Cod, your words is just a theory. Maybe it's a completely different story." That's all I could say right now, at least it gives me a moment to think about all of this. "Very well. I'm okay with this option," Mile's smile vanished, "Bring in Mr.Gomez!"

They brought in my scared client, and he didn't really know what to do, but to shake in fear. "Mr.Gomez..." Miles started, "can you tell us what you were doing when the crime was taking place?" Oh... "He was... planning a date for his wife!" I jumped in. The judge slammed his gable, "Mr.Wright... didn't you say Mr.Gomez might have something to say? Well let the man speak for God sake." I forgot- no he's just scared... which is a good thing, "your honor, I forgot Mr.Gomez is scared..." The judge looked at me confused, "what do you mean scared? Mr.Gomez... is that true?" Mr.Gomez nods. "Yes your honor... I am," Miles looked at the both of us, "Mr.Gomez there is no need to be frightened-" Miles was cut off by Mr.Gomez, "you... You don't understand. I never want to be called guilty, if so I be joining my father... And my father is not a nice guy..." What? "Mr.Gomez... what do you mean by joining your father?" I asked. He just looked away. Miles went up to him to comfort him, "Mr.Gomez... you won't join your father if you just speak for us. It would really help." Maybe Miles is warming up to the idea of his innocence, again he don't seem like a person to even hurt nature. Mr.Gomez nods, "yeah... Yeah okay." Miles gave him a smile and went to his desk. "Now... Mr.Gomez, can you please tell us what you were doing?" The judge asked. Please...

"Yes... Um, I told Mr.Wright. I was indeed planning a date on my drive from work. I work as a... shop keeper, and the drive home is like two hours long. When I made it home I didn't notice my wife wasn't home, because she works mostly all day and night..." Miles then asked a question, "what kind of job did your wife have?" Mr.Gomez, didn't respond quickly, "umm... I, I never botherd to ask her. But I'm guessing she was a nurse, since she made good money everyday." Miles gave him a concerned look, "you... Never botherd to ask?" Mr.Gomez nodded. Miles began to ask a other question, "what do you say about the shirt. The shirt is yours, right?" He nodded, "so have you cleaned something with it?" He shook his head, "Mr.Edgeworth sir. That shirt has been gone for a long time." The judge slams his gable, "So you really have nothing to do with this?" The judge asked, Mr.Gomez nodded once again. "We trust you Mr.Gomez," Miles responded, then he looked at me, "well if it isn't him... Then who?" I give him a wide smile. He shook his head refusing my prediction. "Your honor, would you be so kind to let me and Phoenix to have a ten minute of recess we need to discuss some things," Miles asked in a nice voice. The judge gave him a concerned look, "but we have just started ten minutes ago." Miles sighed, "let me rephrase that, can you please let us have a ten minute of recess?" The judge slammed his gable, "very well. Fifteen minutes. It's for my apologies from earlier."

Miles thanked him and he quickly came over to me to grab my hand and pulled me all the way back to the waiting room, "you can't be serious about Kadde Case (the sister that's alive). She couldn't have." Miles lets go of my hand and starts to ponder. "I mean who else could it be Miles." Miles looks down defeated. "Why do you believe in her innocence so much?" I asked him while taking a seat on a couch. Miles shrugs, "I just don't see her as a murderer, and neither Mr.Gomez. But the shirt his shirt... Ugh, I doubt it was Mr.Cod-" Wow, hes really thinking of everyone that's related in this case. I smile at him sweetly, "Miles, your taking this a bit to seriously." Miles looks at me confused, "what do you mean taking this seriously, Phoenix really. If you don't think it was Mr.Gomez then who?" Geez, I haven't seen him so stressed before. He's usually got it all together, and figured out. "Miles, please relax." Miles nods and comes to sit next to me, "okay... Okay your right. Im just worried." I handed him a bottle of water and he began to calm down. "Thank you, Phoenix." I patted him in the back, "hey, it's no problem... a lot has happened this week." Miles takes a sip of water, "okay... so what now?" He asks me, "I'm thinking we talk to Kadde. She needs to tell us something, anything will do at this point." Miles nodded, "your right and we have to do it quick, we are just stalling now... Who knows how much time we have left." We both exchange a grin and left the waiting room to head over to go see Kadde Case.
