Bryan felt like he was gonna vomit as he practically sprinted from the room. He barely noticed Freddy calling his name as he ran. He barely made it outside before he was bent over gagging as he felt tears streaming down his face. He vaguely felt hands rubbing his back.

"You're okay... It's alright..." Freddy murmured. "Come on and breath Bryan..."

Bryan struggled to do as Freddy said and slowly regained his composure. He looked up for the first time noticing that all of the animatronics had followed him.

He swallowed. "He died because of me..."

"No he didn't." Freddy left his hand on Bryan's shoulder. "He died because of your alternate self. Not only your alternate self but the Gods as well."

"B-but..."

Freddy spun him around and grabbed his shoulders. "It's not your fault." He nearly growled as he stared into Bryan's eyes. Bryan hesitated but slowly nodded.

"If anyone is too blame, it's definitely his Gods." Foxy agreed. "What kind of God will not only let kids sacrifice themselves, but also actively encourage it."

"I don't think Michael blames you either." Ballora smiled gently as she spoke.

"He got along with you really well yesterday." Baby said. "So I think that you just have to calm down and talk to him.

Bryan sighed as his breathing evened itself out completely. "You're right... Nothing will come from me freaking out." He looked up at them and smiled. "Thanks guys." Then he looked around eyes widening. "Wait... did you all follow me?"

They all looked at each other before realization hit them that they left the teen alone. They hurried back into the room, only to find it empty as though no one had even been there.

"Oh no, where did he go?" Ballora asked as she looked around the room as though Michael was just hiding in the shadows.

"We just made him spill some really sensitive information and then bolted," Foxy sighed, "it's no wonder he left."

"Oh god..." Bryan buried his face in his hands. "Why is it that I'm the CEO of a children's entertainment franchise, but I can't take care of a single teen?"

Baby patted him on the arm. "Don't worry. He probably needed to relax. I'm sure he'll return soon."

"You think?"

"I dunno, I'm just guessing."

"..."

So the group waited.

And waited.

And waited.

Eventually the sun set and Bryan was sick of waiting. He stood and burst out. "That's it, I'm going looking for him!"

"Is that really a good idea?" Freddy frowned. "The twisted animatronics could be roaming around the park."

"That's all the more reason to go!"

Freddy sighed before turning to the other animatronics. "You three should go charge. I'm gonna go with Bryan to look for Michael." He held up a hand to stop their protests. "You're going to power down if you don't charge. I'll keep Bryan safe."

The other three hesitated before reluctantly agreeing and bidding their farewells. After they left Bryan and Freddy went to different areas of the park trying to find any sign of Michael. They checked the hotel, all the different areas and shops, even going a far as searching the Portal room and the area around there. Nothing. Bryan was starting to get extremely worried.
